I booked into the hotel however an hour later, a family emergency came up and my wife and I had to leave immediately. We requested a refund be provided for the next day booked however this was not done. I find this to have been unreasonable taking into account that we never stayed at the hotel. I'm not happy about this.

I think it is not acceptable to show a rate for a room and once the booking is ok say that unfortunately there was a mistake and the price is going to be 15% higher.

Found the hotel so much cheaper and it was very easy to book. Just a few mouseclicks.

Everything advertised was delivered. Cozy hotel, clean room, and conveniently located. Right between two tram stations with two trams that took you to either side of Old Town. The staff was extremely helpful and very professional. Next time I'm in Zürich I will consider this hotel over others.

When I search for hotel bookings thru dreamhotels.com, your deal is reflected as prices of S$122 in Sing dollars. When redirected to your web page, it shows a totally different price of almost S$170. As it was late and last minute booking and i desparately need to book a room, i have no other choice but to book the reservation. Will not use hotel.info again.

I haven't gone on my trip yet, but making the hotel reservation sure was easy AND a better value then with booking.com!

Everything is very standard in this hotel. looks like five star..

Could use email address for hotel. Otherwise quick and easy....will know more about accual hotel when we arrive.

My booking is always without problems - I can find the closest or best reviewed or most recommended or part of certain chain or... I can simply find the right hotel every time.

Via the HotelCombined website is was referred to Hotel Info to book a room at a local hotel for which there were said to be 2 rooms vacant - I received an email from hotel Info saying my booking had been confirmed - fortunately I rang the hotel before setting off - it did not have an email from Hotel Info and in any case it had not had any vacancies on this night for weeks. I tried using both the Free Call and the Tolled call numbers to ring Hotel Info - but in both cases they did not answer - or were not available - I sent an email to the support address - and received a robo response, but am yet to receive an actual response. I used the cancellation button on the Hotel Info website - but I did not receive an email cancellation. Everyone can make mistakes, My view is that if I trust a site enough to give credit card information - it should be more responsive.

good price and good (telephone) service.

A little impersonal. No pictures, no extra information. Had to call a few numbers to get to the correct building I left a message and they never called us back.
We are worried about what our room may look like. The reviews are all over the place.
It had better be super clean and in good working order!!

I did not recive the e-mail booking comfirmation yet the e-mail adress I provided was correct - you send me invitation to making this review. Its 5 days before my trip and I have to search for another hotel becouse previous one was not comfirmed.
