Misleading marketing á la Donald Trump
On your website, the exchange rate of Brazilian real to euro was almost 20% lower than the present rate. As the result, my ticket to Rio costs almost 130 euro more than announced on the website of Hotel Info. That is a serious fault. I request to decrease my booking by 20% in Brazilian reals on which currency I am finally expected to pay my ticket.
Otherwise your website will be known as a collection of alternative facts.

Good rates and easy to book with
I checked other booking sites prices for the hotel I wanted to stay in and they were all around the same price. I noticed that Hotel De were about £23 cheaper for the same deal so I booked with them. The process was simple and I received a confirmation email straight away. I would use them again.

Not keen on handeling complaints
I received a booking confirmation from hotel.info saying the booking was passed on to the hotel. When checking in into the hotel, the booking hadn't come through. Luckily the hotel solved the problem, but I had to pay a few euros extra.
I sent a complaint to hotel.info and a request to refund the extra money I had to spend on the room, since it was their fault the booking wasn't made correctly. Half a week later they failed to respond to the complaint. If hotel.info would have responded sooner and in a satisfactory way, they would still be worth using again and recommending.

Quick, simple and the best price!
I was loooking for a specific hotel and on a certain date, and had searched all the usual sites. Then these guys popped up, who to be honest I'd never heard of. Easily the best price and a quick and easy booking process, job done!

Worst booking service available
You idiots confirmed a reservation for a hotel which had no vacancies! We travelled more than 2hrs to find out that our reservation was a sham! Useless idiots. Worst website there is. I will never be using it again.

The hotel tried to charge 155 gbp. Also charged 12.50 for parking no mention on your total charges.
Seems hotel info does not mirror or talk to sheraton.
Never use again even if your the lowest or ate you.
