On the first search page, the price shown was 98€ but when I have entered into the booking page, the price was 126€ - the amount paid.

I made a reservation for what i thought was a single room. It was described as a standard room for 1 person. I couldn´t find any information that said otherwise. Not until i got my confirmation of the reservation on my mail, i found out that my room was in fact a big sleeping room that i was supposed to share with several other guests. My opinion is that most other hotel-booking sights have better and simpler information about the room standards.

I realised that my flight was arriving late after booking in. Hotel Close check in at 22.00 so I made inquiry and was informed that special arrangements can be made with hotel who would issue a code for us to arrive late. However we decided not to go at night as we were new in the area so asked if we could amend our booking to next day. This was done promptly

There's not too much to say about hotel.de: It does what it promises to do, find a hotel, make a reservation and go. Going to an unknown hotel, I usually check refrences. Making a reservation at a known hotel is extremely straightforward. They don't try to hijack your attention with ads and extra offers and client programs and bonuses etc. I wish all online services did it so.

We have been booking hotels across Canada. For one, the fact that our room had a shared bathroom (not private) did not appear on the on-line booking form; it was only seen when we received the return confirmation - and even then it was sort of 'hidden' in the body of the Ts & Cs.
We have written to the booking agency asking for our room (5 nights) to be upgraded to private bathroom.
Unfortunately we have not even had an acknowledgement that our email has been received. Bad feedback when we are trying to arrange a 4 week holiday.

Not used this site to book before but so far so good, No problems, straight forward hope the actual trip continues the same, if so would use again.

I wanted to book a room in "Dom Marynarza" hotel in Gdynia for this weekend (3/10 - 3/12). I found the room on your website, and I wanted to book it on hotel.info. I completed all the forms to request the reservation and I provided my credit card number for validation. I received a mail confirmation from you.

However, when I called the hotel to confirm, they said that they didn't receive any reservation request from you, that there is no room for me, and that all hotel is already fully booked. They also said that they don't know hotel.info, and they suspect that it might be possibly even a fraud.

So, it is really a bad service, unfortunately it didn't work for me.

My reservation number was 95746576.

Easy and best priced for a refundable hotel stay

Booking in Hotel Marko in Portoroz has been the easiest booking ever done. I've received basic confirmation in a few seconds but never received confirmation about my additional request.
I've requested a room with balcony and with a view on the sea and up till now never receive confirmation that anybody has read my request. Let see if somebody will contact me also with confirmation of my additional request.

I booked this hotel because it was close to kings cross, it was very reasonable and comfortable, the only major issue was the road noise outside that was coming through the old and single glazed windows, which also made the room cold until I whacked up the heating. Such a shame as otherwise would have been great. Ps the address on the reservations is wrong, it should be no36.

Finding a hotel was quick and easy, filters help you get exactly what you want. I also have the option to cancel anytime until the day so this allows flexibility for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise!

Great location, nice staff. Very acceptable price. It served my purpose very well, which was to spend a quite weekend, sleep over and see the sightseeing

First of all, this hotel is not a hotel AT ALL but rather a hostel. When you advertise the room as being a "STANDARD ROOM" in a hotel, that implies at least a queen size bed, bathroom, etc... NOT a small room with 8 bunk beds crammed into it. This misleading listing royally messed up my trip. Not only did I not find this out until after I paid, but I also was kept waiting because this hostel (let's call a spade, a spade) won't rent their "rooms" to anyone that has a local address on their ID. THIS WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED IN THIS "HOTEL'S" LISTING!!!! I not only had the inconvenience of false advertising to deal with but had to now find another REAL hotel at the last minute!!! Unbelievable!

It was very easy to make a reservation It was the first time I used Your site.

I ended up booking a dorm room instead of a standard double which I had requested. At no point was it listed as a shared dorm room. The booking was non-refundable and so I could not even rectify this mistake without loosing money. Very poor service.

Booked with them at the sterling rate on their site, only to find that I will be charged in another currency and it will cost £20 more per night! Despite emailing them immediately they have not replied. Useless.

Get to my hotel in Cancun booked via hotel.info and not only do they have no record of my reservation they want to charge 50% more. None of the customer service phone numbers are working eithe. Horrible experience with this booking site.

I googled a hotel but was not familiar with the reservation. Just one call away and they found an even better hotel for me and they reseved it and I was sent the reservation confirmation by return of mail. Thanks so much for your help.

this was a simple booking process, lowest price at time and prompt response back
