Bad really bad

When i got the hotel i learnt our room have no bath we should use shared bath. Then i digged my reservation on website , i couldnt see somthing like that. Because i wasnt able to cancel the reservation i paid more for room with own bathroom. Thank you for me to pay more . Really thank you.
Please make people sure that what they really pay for. And people must be able to reach you from callcenter in Turkey

Arrived at hotel to find they are fully …

Arrived at hotel to find they are fully booked after booking 4 days in advance. This is down to hotel.info. Owner of hotel was lovely arranged another room in another hotel BUT it was not our chosen hotel and is rather shabby in comparison to what we had booked. Also later check in time and earlier check out time. Ruined our trip. Will not be using again.

A slightly worrying experience

A slightly worrying experience. The hotel's own website showed they were full. TripAdvisor however, showed availability and the booking was made, as it turns out, through hotel.de. On arrival I was told that the hotel was indeed full and I was given the only room they could make available - which was not the room type I had booked!

Breakfast

We made a reservation for 1 hotelroom, 2 adults and breakfast included. We received a confirmation for this reservation. There we heard that it was without breakfast... This was very annoying te hear. Despite everything we could still have breakfast.

A great hotel booking site

A simple to use system very informative. Confirms your booking.
Not having to pay at time of booking made me a little nervous, but I revived a confirmation of booking and reference number.

Not clear

Booked for a two night stay but it wasn't and still isn't clear whether I've paid for the breakfast or not! I've even sent them a message to check if it's included but still not heard back! Not the best experience, hopefully the stay will be better?
