This property provided first class accommodation in every aspect. The location was unbeatable, we were lucky to have booked the upper floor unit facing the beach. What a treat to wake up, step out onto the balcony and view the Med about 10 m away. The facility was well equipped with a king size bed on the mezzanine above and if needed a pull out one below. The property manager was most helpful and friendly, always available to provide valued assistance

We will definitely return next year.

Our house was perfect. We had a lot of privacy and the house was very well maintained and very beautiful.

Our hostess, she did a wonderful job to make us feel at home and comfortabel. She cooked cake and a local dish for us and surprise us with it. She was also very kind and generous towards our little baby of 6 months.

I really like vila in Crete.
Everything You need is there and even more.

Our stay at Cretan villa was all we had hoped and much more! Very well maintained, clean, amazing pool and lots of space for everyone. Great location too for daily excursions. We would definitely return here!

I was pleasantly surprised by the villa; it was even better than I had expected based on the descriptions and the original contacts; and that regards not only the location, building, facilities, and surrounding grounds, but also the reliability and consistent attention and good service of the staff. I felt that it was all that one needs and expects from a pleasant vacation.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We’re in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful.

Top company! Top experience! We booked a huge villa in Crete through Hotel Praxis. Our experience was great. Great communication, the villa was exactly as it described, clean with very hospitable owners. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Their colleagues gave us a lot of tips, where to go, where to eat. Out of all great experience, top value for money!

The room was very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Cancelled my reservation with over 5 months notice after I found out that they were false marketing a villa in Crete. Turns out they used one set of photos across 6 different villas even though they are not all the same. The villa is also a lot smaller than it is portrayed in the listing on airbnb and would not accommodate the total number of people in my reservation it was only suitable for 2 people. Hotel praxis refused to give me a refund of what I had paid to date. Horrible customer service. Edited to add Hotel Praxis is now threatening me with legal action for leaving them a negative review of my experience.

I booked a weeks accommodation at a Hotel Praxis property through AirBnB. I needed to reschedule dates due to destination getting added to the UK Covid quarantine list after I’d booked. Although I gave a months notice to change the booking they refused to negotiate or give me any kind of refund. They would only charge me an additional £1200 to reschedule to new dates as they fell into peak season. I lost around £400 (the initial 50% payment).

When I complained to Airbnb and advised Praxis I’d be posting negative reviews about the experience they threatened me with legal action as I was ‘blackmailing’ them.

It was so much easier and cheaper to reschedule my flights with British Airways for the same peak dates.

Horrible customer service and an awful experience.

We had a great stay at a really comfortable villa in Kourna, Crete. The hospitality of our hosts was a 10/10, the standard of the villa was above our expectations and is located near a lot of nice restaurants and the beach. Overall a perfect holiday, we surely come back.

It was a very nice stay! The host was very kind and helpful and did his best. The location of the place is perfect, very close to the beach and the beach is wonderful. The place has a little outdoors area which we enjoyed. The local restaurants had the friendliest and most welcoming stuff. Very relaxing and lovely place to stay at!

We had a great stay in a property in Kournas which was of a very high standard. Well equipped and great location. No problems at all. Lovely meet and greet with the keys. We will definitely come back.

At the begenning they were very responsive and prepared really good offer for villas in Crete, but since I've asked for more details about their relationship with the owner of the villa, their licence to do the business etc. they simply stopped resppnding to my emails, messages, chats. I thunk you should be careful with them If you want to have peaceful holidays with no surprises.

Indelible experience, fantastic lodgings, staff, service, food, nature. I cannot wait to go back next year.

We did book our villa through HotelPraxis Group. From the very first moment we enquired for the place until the day of check out - the customer service was excellent. The customer service was replying just within few minutes and they went out of their way to assist us in every possible way.

Would highly recommend them and do not miss to ask about excursions
