Don't go there

We were treated very poorly at Hotel Onix Liceo in Barcelona. The personnel didn't listen and didn't show any kind of interest in their guests. The answer was "no" before we even asked the question. When we got home and wrote the manager, Pilar Jiménez, a polite complaint about the dispute, we could clearly see where the attitude came from. Again we were met with "no" and absolutely no interest in finding a solution or having a dialogue. We were very disappointed with the personnel which ruined the whole stay.
