A Complete Scam
I bought a voucher last Christmas for 150 euro and have been unable to use them. Every time I enter the code it comes up as invalid.
After exchanging about 10-15 emails with customer service, I have received no refund or new voucher code. They continue to assure me that the voucher code is legit despite having attempted to redeem it 20+ times.
The company have done nothing to help and have replied with nonsense emails offering no solutions. There does not seem to be a legit customer service team as emails are never signed off with individual names, rather just "the hotel voucher company".
I am unsure To whether the company is even really in operation or just a total scam.

Beautifully presented
The voucher was bought as a gift and has not been redeemed yet so I can’t review that side of things. What I can say is how absolutely beautifully it was presented in a lovely wallet that made the gift seem really special. Excellent.

Good Service
When I ordered the Voucher it said it had an expiry date of 12 months. When received it had 11 months on the card issued with the voucher. After I got in touch with the Company, they investigated my issue promptly and realised they had made a mistake. I received another card within 5 days of raising my complaint. Communication was good, they kept me well informed by email of what was happening.
I would recommend and I will definitely use again in the future.
