I was very disappointed in the service
I was very disappointed in the service. I sent 2 e-mails - 1 to info@ and 1 to support@, requesting an update on my order. I also submitted an online request form asking someone to contact me. I got absolutely no response. Order arrived 2 days late. I would not use Hotel Voucher Shop again - I just hope my friend who the vouchers are for doesn't have quite so much trouble using them.

I ordered my vouchers for a Christmas present. I ordered them 18/12/18 Still no arrival by 21/12/18. Office closed for Christmas from the 20th. No telephone contact on website. Will not be using this company again.

Got given a voucher as a present and…
Got given a voucher as a present and have just looked to see that the voucher expired a year after purchase date. Gutted at not having been able to use it and that the value is lost. Not a lot of hotels to choose from on website anyway so would of ended up going somewhere just to use it and not because we wanted to stay there. Only 3 hotels in Cornwall part of scheme!
