I have bought tickets few times on this website and each time it was awful experience. Customer service is disgusting and did not even let you finish what you want to say or explain !! 5 stars are definitely fake reviews !
Please please avoid.

We ordered 3 tickets for Arsenal v Hull tickets. I was worried because of bad reviews. We got the tickets and good communication with the company led to a great day for all, thank you would use site again

I paid a lot of money (£252) for two tickets to watch Liverpool in the Kop! Got to the ground to pick up tickets and had to avoid police in a back street as was using someone's season ticket, which I had to return after the game! Very dodgy!!! Got my tickets to find out they was not even in the Kop!!! Shocking! I have tried to contact customer service through email and phone but no response! Overall I would never use this website again and would not recommend anyone uses it for your own good!!!

I brought 3 tickets for me and my young sons and we got tickets that were not next to each other! I explained my sons are only 5 &6 and it was not feasible to have them sit on their own in a busy football stadium but they said they do not guarantee tickets altogether (only 1 pair and a single) and they have conformed to the ticket terms and conditions. They said as the tickets are in the same block they have met the conditions and I was not entitled to other seats together or a refund! Completely ruin an expensive Christmas present for my sons will what would have been their first football match. Also ticket face value £51. paid £147 a ticket!!

Bit risky. BUT got my tickets as promised. Only downside....The tickets were season tickets. we had to take back to the hotel to be picked up. And they were in other peoples names and a seat apart. But thank you to the nice fan in the middle who swapped seats.
The courier was very helpful although i didnt get the tickets til 10oclock at night the night before the game after quite a few phone calls and texts. (In fairness. I can imagine they are very busy the day before the game)
So all in all. A good company jyst a Bit risky and would only use again as a last resort.

I paid £314 for 2 Man U tickets for Sunday 27th Nov. when nothing had arrived within 7days of the match day I began emailing them daily, they ignored 5 of my emails. So I called them Wednesday, to be told they'd be delivered special delivery on the Saturday or personally delivered. The guy on the phone was v rude. On the Friday before I received an email stating I had to collect the tickets (even though I had selected delivery) and that I had agreed to this via their T&Cs - their T&Cs do not state this and don't even make proper sense as they are in broken English! They are a Spanish company.

The email they sent finished with... "
We want to remind, as agreed between us through the Terms and Conditions, in case you will not show up to collect your tickets, we will not be able to process refund to your payment. Your tickets will be considered as collected."

These tickets are a season ticket that is just passed around. I had to contact a guy called Ben to arrange collection, I actually refused to collect them as these tickets are a gift so I won't be attending the game. I said the only pickup point I'd agree to was outside my house, so Ben agreed to drive 25miles and deliver them. Ben Delivered the tickets at 8:30 on Friday evening, but I had to battle to get them delivered. The reason there was an issue is because they are a season ticket that are just passed around and because of a game on Mid week they didn't get them back til later than expected. I had to point out this wasn't my problem and wasn't made apparent when I entered into the contract. I have no issue with Ben who delivered the tickets, my issue is with hotfootballtickets snide attempt to force my arm in collecting tickets that should have been delivered and ignoring me when I chased them up.

Hotfootballtickets is a joke. Terrible customer service.

The match has now happened. Worst possible tickets, 2 rows from the back. £314 for 2 tickets so high up they people that watched the match could nearly see. Terrible!

Hot Football Tickets charged £300 for tickets that it advised as best possible view - they were misadvertised and entirely incorrect once I received them, after which they refused to provide a refund on the basis of misinforming the customer.

Entirely insincere and unacceptable. A website set up to rip consumers off.

Terrible company. Will never use them again. Booked over a month in advance and they cancelled two days before the event citing that they couldn't receive the tickets. Complete fabrication.

Long story quite short: It worked perfectly, and I got into the match with the ticket they gave me.

I wanted to see Liverpool v Manchester United on Oct 17, and after some research, decided this seemed like a fairly reputable re-seller of football tickets (this site, and others were used to make that decision). I ordered the ticket towards the end of September, and parted with a decent chunk of cash to make that happen. I opted for local pickup, as I was coming from Canada, and bouncing around Europe prior to the match, so could not guarantee a location for them to send me a ticket.

After purchase, I sent an email asking for information regarding the local pickup, as I was quite keen to understand the process, and make sure that they were taking care of my order after giving them a bunch of money. No response. A week later, I try again. Still no response. It's now a week before the match, and I fly out to Europe, and haven't heard from them. Needless to say I'm a bit nervous at this point. 4 days before the match, I finally receive an email saying they had my ticket, and a phone number for my local contact who I'll be picking it up from. Due to the nature of my phone plan, I waited to call the guy when I was in England, which was on Saturday (two days prior to the match). No response. Text as well, just to be sure. A few hours later, he texts me back, telling me to get in touch when my train gets me to Liverpool on Monday morning.

Cut to Monday, and I get to Liverpool. Call the contact, no response. Text him, no response. Meet up with my friends, and then eventually I get the call I was waiting for. Buddy has my ticket, but can't meet me until 6:30 or 7pm at Anfield (kick-off was 8pm). Really leaving it to the 11th hour! I was bummed, hoping to at least have the ticket before I head down to the ground, and then an hour or so later, that's exactly what happens: he calls me and says he's in the area ahead of schedule, so meets me at a coffee shop and gives me the ticket, 6 hours ahead of kick-off.

From there, no problems whatsoever; got into the ground with no fuss, and had a crazy good time at the match (regardless of United being little bitches and parking the bus against the mighty Reds). It wasn't without some tense moments, and general uncertainty, but at the end of the day, I paid for a ticket to Liverpool v Manchester United, and that's precisely what I got!

Not trustable: when you get a confirmation from them, they might still cancel your order one day before the game.
I booked the tickets between Ac Milan and Juventus on Oct 22nd, I get a positive confirmation from their website, which I am very happy about. They I booked the flight and hotel, for me and my girlfriend. When we are in milan, they told us they did not get the ticket. Also they did not say sorry about this.
They claim to deliver the ticket 3-5 days before the game, I waited until then, got no response from them. When I call them, they always say they do not know when the ticket will be there, once they get an update from the system, they will send you an email. But basically, they are not in control of the ticket, they are just delaying it. I did this 6-7 times, all the workers kept saying the same thing (I think all the employees should get this kind of training quite often). One hour before the game, I called them, still the same, promise they will deliver the ticket today. When I arrived in Milan, get a message from them, saying the ordering failed. So I went to Milan for nothing. They do not even say sorry for this.
So, they are not trustable at all. All what they are saying is we provide 1000 happy buyers every year, but they do not say 10,000 are not happy about it at all. Worst, they use your trust about this, and did not provide the promise at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband is a big fan of LFC, so I bought him a ticket for LFC-Leicester City (10.09.16, 17h30) for his birthday. Having read many negative reviews of the company, I had to face many doubts concerning its reliability. It should be said that it turned out to be literally impossible to get a ticket trough the official channel (believe me, I've tried three times, all of them in vain). I was really reassured by the fact that the delivery department had answered all my numerous e-mails and phone calls. We met their representative in Liverpool and collected the ticket on the day of the event, even though we were 15 minutes late for the match. I texted their representative, he said it was ok and, as promised, my husband had his lower tier place in front of a penalty box and enjoyed an excellent view!!! He's made hundreds of photos on his phone:). I'm so happy that this company has helped me to make my husband's dream about Anfield come true. Thank you, guys! I've already recommended you to my colleagues, I guess you'll see more football fans from Ukraine in the near future:) unforgettable experience!!! it was truly amazing!

I want to thank hotfootballtickets.com for giving me and my family chance of such an amazing outing. We totally enjoyed the match, the seat location was just apt. I am completely satisfied with the service of you people. Surely going to recommend to my friends.

From the start this was a poor experience compared to other similar agencies I use - the communications were hopeless , phones not answered ,promised calls and emails didn't happen, phones put down on me . Worst of all though , tickets in the wrong end of the ground for the FA cup final ( which they can do in their terms and conditions if you look hard enough). This is obviously why they didn't send the tickets until the day of the game ,to leave me no time to complain , they are not anyway answering their calls today . Expect top prices and bottom service -never again , use this bunch of cowboys at your peril !

Bought tickets for a Chelsea game recently. There was a mix up by the hotel regarding whether or not the tickets had been delivered (they had been btw.) but hot tickets were very quick to reply to my email and we solved the issue. Will defi buy from again.

I bought a ticket of League Cup final ticket. I told the sell agent I bought the lower area seat and also write the notice of this, but he disconnected the conversation after I paid for the ticket immediately. I cannot connect the staff by email, online chart, because they never reply me. One week before the match day, I call them asked them to give me the tracking detail and ticket information, and they said they would email me. I have 2 phone calls to ask them to do that, they always said:"yes, we'll send that to u." and end the phone call. But they never done that. I received the upper area tickets which is not the ticket i want. But luckily, I watched that events.

Booked tickets for Man U vs Arsenal match, all PAYMENTS MADE, flew into Manchester...BUT..., No delivery of match ticket to my hotel of stay, been checkin vit d hotle reception since the otherday on delivery but d reply has always been a big NO, though i was told that d tickets will be delivered d day before d match by 22hrs., No tel # to contact these guys, no email reponds although 2 to 3 mails have been send.. No email reply,,no customer service..no follow up possible..also no tracking and delivery details possible
