We purchased a hot tub from Hot Tub World. The sales staff (Dawn and Ruben) were really friendly and knowledgable. The team came out and did a site survey before the delivery date and advised us on where best for placement of the tub would be in our garden. The delivery team were fantastic with set up and installation included. They advised us on the chemicals and cleaning etc. Aftercare has been great - we had a few questions but Dawn was available at the office to answer them straight away. Overall, would highly recommend and would use again in the future.

Hi this is a bit of an unusual review, but felt I had to leave one. I became a widow a couple of years ago and my late husband always used to look after our hot tub (which wasn't bought from here!). I had no idea how to use the chemicals and how much to use. I had not been in the hot tub since my husband died. I called in here when passing to ask their advice. What can I say, just such lovely staff and so helpful! Ruben came over to my home in Shelf, along with his son who was doing work experience with him.... they filled the hot tup and showed me how everything worked and explained the chemicals etc. 2 hours they spent. They did not want a penny!!! Ruben and his son were so lovely and I do not know what i would have done without them and the lovely lady at Hot Tub World who was also involved! The service and friendliness was second to none so I certainly would not hesitate to buy a hot tub from them! Highly recommend. Thank you Ruben and team for looking after me x

Bought a Hot Springs Fresh/Salt Water System. Had it for 6 weeks and it's amazing. Installed very quickly and super clear on how to operate it. No chlorine stink, cleaner water, less maintenance, better water jet massages.

The whole experience was superb from start to finish. Both Leanne and Matt were very helpful and professional in their approach. They went the extra mile with their service level and made a tricky repair as painless as possible for us!!

I noticed a slow drip coming from a washed plug on the pump. I tried to nip up the plastic plug and sheared it off causing the slow drip to turn into an outpouring. I temporary plugged the hole and emailed Hot Tub World to see if they could send out an Engineer to fix the problem which involved the removal of the broken plug thread from a hard to get to place.

They were able to respond within a few days and Matt their Service Engineer arrived as per the appointed time and was able to fix the problem within an hour. He was very polite and professional and fully knew his subject.

Well worth getting a Professional in to ensure a good job done.

We traded up from an inflatable "lock down" tub to the "real McCoy" last week. The new hot tub came from Hot Tub World in Huddersfield and they were fabulous from start to finish. Jordan on the sales side was a star and there was no pressure, just good advice. Dawn in the back office sorted out the finance without any problems and the team went above and beyond with the installation, which only took an afternoon despite some tricky access issues. Great work guys!

Fantastic company to deal with, I went into the showroom in March looking at hot tubs as I wanted to upgrade from my inflatable tub, I was met as I went in by Leanne who let me browse and then gave me some info to take home on the tubs I was interested in. There was no hard sell no pressure, I returned about 3 weeks later and put a deposit on my tub, still had my electric to get in which I got done, and also I still had to put my patio down but they were really happy no rush for me, and today I took delivery and installation by their fantastic team that got it in then showed me how it worked etc and said before they left don't be stuck if you've any questions we're at the end of the phone. All in all a fantastic company I would fully recommend to anyone looking to buy a hot tub.

Having shopped around before ‘splashing out’ on our ‘tub, l am happy to say they are also fairly priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, for both their value for money and their excellent pre and post sale customer services.

Helpful, knowledgeable people. I bought my hot tub many years ago from Hit Tub World. Recently had a full service which was excellent, thorough and very effective.

Seamless process form start to finish. Within the first year we had a slight issue with a jet which they came out and promptly resolved.

We ordered our Hot Tub almost two years ago but have only installed it recently due to delays in the completion of our new house build project.
I must praise the patience of the team at HTW and then their speed and professionalism in installing the HT to our sub contractors time demands. All went smoothly and we are now enjoying the tub virtually every evening! Their after sales service has also been good and no question has been deemed stupid. 5 stars all round
