I had been considering buying a hot tub for some time, but knew very little about them.

Matt Olsen at the Hot Tub Barn in Dobbies Garden Centre, Ashford, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different functions of each kind of hot tub, together with the chemicals used to maintain them. I was also able to try out the hot tub at Dobbies Garden Centre. It was so relaxing and I soon made the decision to buy my first hot tub.

I ordered a Platinum Infinity 160 hot tub in August and was most impressed that it was delivered and installed within five weeks.

The delivery arrived exactly on time and the installation team were excellent. The hot tub was expertly craned over my home by Chris and was carefully installed under my pergola by Colin and Joe. The installation team also allowed plenty of time to explain how to operate and maintain the hot tub, which was really useful.

The whole process from start to finish was very straight forward and smooth, with excellent communication throughout. The after sales service is also brilliant and I can easily contact the team by phone or email, if I have any queries.

I would thoroughly recommend buying a hot tub from the Hot Tub Barn in Ashford and would personally like to thank all the staff who dealt with the order, delivery and installation of my hot tub.

It’s the best investment I’ve ever made and I’m now living the dream, relaxing in my new hot tub!

Had our Hot tub for just under a year now, very pleased with it! Alan from Kings Lynn branch is such a helpful guy! From explaining the different tubs to helping us empty and refill to explaining the chemicals and maintenance. Absolutely first class from the whole team, installation, accounts and sales, superb!

Very poor communicator. Said there was a delay dispatching but not when it would be delivered or what delay was, so had to order additional chemicals from another company. Will not use again and advise others if you are looking for chemicals for pool or hot tub look elsewhere. Personally found Happy Hot Tubs much better and great communicators. Will avoid Hot Tub Barn in the future!!!

We cannot fault The Hot Tub Barn at the Cambridge showroom. We had done some research before going to see them, so pleased we did. What Jo didn't know about hot tubs wasn't worth knowing!! Everything went smoothly from ordering through to delivery and after care. Nothing is too much trouble. Phone calls are answered promptly and any queries sorted swiftly. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone thinking about buying a hot tub or swim spa.

We were guarantees a delivery of August and our house was having refurbishments around this and rushed at additional expense to ensure the base and electrics were ready for this which was very stressful then all of a sudden we were told via an email that we would not be receiving the hot tub until October at the very earliest. I have asked for a refund as this is very unprofessional but were told "tough" it was never guaranteed and the deposit is non refundable. We are now going through proceedings to get our deposit back as we have lost confidence on the company.

Very good customer service received from Connor at the Southend branch. Very accurate details about the hot tub and the delivery date. Kept updated of the progress throughout. Very patient when going through the chemicals/PH levels.

Purchased a Swim Spa from Hot Tub Barn Sevenoaks, was talked into a wet test (which I highly recommend and glad we did as it really helped confirm in our minds the model we wanted and the make) and we went ahead and ordered. Whole process from start to the actual delivery by crane over the garden wall was so very straight forward and smooth, absolute perfect customer service from every aspect along the way. I’ve purchased hot tub’s from a few different companies over the years and my experience with Hot Tub Barn could not be better. I cannot recommend the SwimSpa product (Riptide Manta Pro 5.5) and the company enough. After sales customer service is amazing too. I would give way more than 5 stars if I could. A big shout out to Janice Coysten in addition to all the other folks I have spoken to. Thank you so much to all. Your service is like a dream. (Of course over the last year or so, all hot tub and swim spa companies are seeing massive demand which did add some time to the delivery, however we were kept fully informed throughout. To attest to how much the Hot Tub Barn are very supportive, I have been dealing with another big well known Hot Tub company to get a 2016 hot tub repaired through similar timeframes and their service is beyond frustrating.... and very unresponsive, just to give a nice heathy balance on my review).

I went to Hot Tub Barn early this year to replace my old tub. The service, delivery and installation were excellent. I have used both the Southend branch and on line shop for supplies and have been very pleased with all aspects of their service.
I am confident in their knowledge and products.

No problem with product, albeit postage has gone up drastically. But the address on the parcel was wrong, fortunately our postman checked the invoice which had the correct address on it.
