My hot tub needed three circulation pumps replacing. I am so glad I choose this company. Leighanne and Kyle were excellent and very helpful. There was a supply problem for getting the replacement pumps which was nobodys fault as I understand it is a big problem for all industries getting supplies in. Once the pumps were obtained they were fitted very quickly. I have complete trust in this company and they will have my future business for servicing the hot tub and any future problems

Brilliant Service in southwater for a annual service. First service on a hot tub inherited with a house move.
Quickly cleaned and serviced the hot tub, highlighting some obvious and dangerous issues with the control box - resolving them on the day. An unanticipated part was shipped next day which I was able to fit easily.

What a positive experience. We'd stupidly left our hot tub empty for several months and had problems getting it working again because of scale build up. Kyle sorted it quickly, efficiently and with a smile. We've already also ordered a needed service from them.

I have now received the part I ordered, just disappointed the website and auto emails were not up to date, but if Hot Tub Parts Superstore had not been in the middle of a move I believe the part would have been delivered within 48 hrs.

We are impressed beyond belief with Hot Tub Parts Superstore, Kyle the engineer and his sister Leighanne (who is in the office and apparently knows everything about hot tubs) they go way beyond in terms of service. We had complete confidence in Kyle from the minute he arrived. We informed Hot Tub Parts of the issues we were experiencing and Kyle came equipped with all parts he may need so didn't waste a second in replacing the pump… no return visit or extra expense necessary, that's 'a first.' Besides the very efficient service we got lots of advice on how to self maintain the quality of the water and as we have AirBnB guests almost daily this is extremely important to us. Thank you Leighanne and Kyle for your excellence, we'll see you next year with a coffee, milk and two sugars waiting for your arrival…

After having previous bad experiences with hot tub companies, we have been pleasantly surprised by the service received from Hot Tub Parts Superstore.
Mike in the office was very helpful with guiding us as to the parts we required. Leighanne was very efficient in arranging the booking and Kyle was very friendly and attentive and really went the extra mile in delivery excellent customer service.

These guys are fantastic, I called after our tub stopped pumping, I booked an appointment and Kyle came out the next day! pump replaced and all fixed I was back in the next day. There were a few parts I knew had broken and had no idea where to start getting them replaced, he took measurements and sent me the details of what I needed. The whole team has been brilliant getting me back in my tub.

Excellent service. We have a Villeroy & Boch hot tub which had broken down. After receiving no response directly from V&B, I found Hot Tub Parts Superstore online via Google.
Following an initial visit, two new parts were ordered and were received much earlier than expected. A revisit and replacement of the aforementioned and I have a fully functional hot tub once again.
Would definitely recommend this company and will also use them for regular servicing, too.

Having aquired a hot tub, due to a house move, I had absolutely no idea where to start??? After much research I call these guys to book an appointment for a complete Hot tub Service and beginners guide on how to maintain it. I paid on line and was promptly called with an appt date. Kyle turned up, cheerful, professional and answered my endless questions and queries..... he gave me a step by step guide on how to maintain the Hot tub and lots of hints and tips. His parting shot was "don't hesitate to call me if you have any problems"..... he was going to live to regret saying that!!!
Having followed Kyles advice Imagine my surprise when a few months later the chemical levels were all out of kilter and I couldn't regulate them?? I messaged Kyle, out of Office hours, sending him an image of my test strip.... after much banter and advice we realised that my dispenser was faulty and too much chemical had been released into the water, hence the readings.
Kyle sent me a link for a replacement dispenser, which was dispatched promptly.
I am so impressed with the level of Customer Service I have received from this Company, over and above, they are friendly, professional and extremely helpful.............
I have also ordered a replacement cover for the Hot tub - unfortunately Kyle you haven't heard the last of me yet!😃

I'd just like to put out there how impressed I am with the service Hot Tub Super store have been. After a long period of tub shut down due to leaks and an electrical issue I made the call to Hot Tubs Super Store just before Christmas. I booked and paid for a repair and service. Knowing the store wasn't going to open until 5th Jan wasn't a problem for me. On the 6th I got a call from a very friendly lady and we chatted when would be a good time for an engineer to visit. Naturally there would have been a few customers booked in before me so happy to wait. Well just a week later I got a call asking if they could visit at the end of the week. No problem from me so it was booked in. True to their word I got a call from the engineer Kyle letting me know he'd be arriving within the next half hour. Fully protected with Covid in mind Kyle got to work with no fuss. It was a cold day so I set up an outdoor heater to help keep him keep warm. Kyle worked like a trojan. There was more work than he anticipated and he found several leaks....My tub had reached 17yrs plus so have been expecting some major work required. Kyle carried on working even when the the day changed to night and manged to get the tub up and running. I'm still waiting for one last part to be fitted but doesn't stop it working.
So a big thank you to Kyle. A big appreciation from my wife and daughter as this was part of their Christmas present on their request/hints so happy bunnies all round. Can I recommend Hot Tub Superstore....You bet I can.😉

Very happy, all other companies were taking bookings in Jan/Feb 2021. Hot Tub Part Store got out to me the next week. Really nice, helpful chap turned up and sorted a pretty grim tub out. Picked up on a few other items but offered fair and honest advice. Office really responsive to. They have my business moving forwards! Cheers

I was cautious booking a hot tub repair person as so many cowboys out there. I booked online for a repair. Leighanne was fantastic and booked an engineer in within the week. Kyle ( her brother) arrived and replaced my pump. We then booked a service in. He was excellent and taught me so much and offered guidance on chlorine levels,PH and refills - because I do a lot myself. The flush was needed. If you are hesitant booking dont be- you won't regret it. A great company and I will know them now for years. Thank you Kyle and Leighanne.

I ordered a replacement pump for my hot tub, it arrived in quickly despite lockdowns and covid-19.
I would be happy to use them again.

Can’t thank this company enough. They completely over hauled my hot tub as it’s original parts where no longer available. It’s like I now have a complete new system with colour changing lights. Kyle who came out was so helpful and so knowledgable. Will be using this company now all the time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and so quick with replying to e mails and coming out. 5* company.
