I had my hot tub serviced and wa very satisfied with the work carried out by Kyle. He was very efficient and patient with me asking questions and knew what the answers. Very pleased and happy with service and have booked to have it done again next year.

Way overpriced.
I had a leak in a pipe getting the water in the engine. They said they needed to change the whole engine without even looking at the leak.
I was charged about 500 for the engine. Which a quick look online shows costs about 100-150. And on top of that I paid for the work.

Furthermore I clearly described the issue on the phone (I did unscrew the panel myself). Yet they didn't mention the engine cost over the phone.

I just bought a new apartment in Spain and it included a 3-4 year old Cove Spa hot tub. I had never had anything to do with hot tubs before so this was a new experience for me and a learning curve. After only a few months the pump started to squeal on start up for a brief moment. Guessing it was the pump bearing on its way out and not wanting the neighbours to complain if it started to squeal during the early hours, I frantically searched the internet and found several hot tub spares suppliers in the UK. I emailed each one with photos of my existing pump and its label along with specific newbie questions in order to find the correct pump. I received some replies to my emails but not all questions were answered resulting in me spending time re emailing for the answers. Some companies never replied. The company that did stand out from the rest was Hot Tub Parts Superstore. Mick responded very promptly to my email and not only did he answer all my questions but advised me on a possible upgrade for my pump to a higher HP, plus sent me links to the pump and heater gaskets that I needed. My pump is behind the heater unit so have to remove the heater first then the pump. On one email reply it was from his own phone late at night after office hours which was quite impressive. Its all about customer care and customer satisfaction. The shipping costs quoted from the UK to Spain varied some companies charging £60 plus but Mick's website showed £28.64 !!! So highly recommended and will use again in the future.

Easy to contact and very trustworthy. I was able to get an appointment easily . The technician was on time and made his assessment of the problem swiftly. He had the spare parts in the van. The job was done within the hour. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the specific problem. I am very satisfied and the parts are warenteed i think for 6 months . I highly recommend this company.

Mick & Leighanne are a pleasure to deal with. We have used them on a few occasions now and nothing is ever too much trouble. We live near Chelmsford in Essex and Mick is always on time. Tub has always been repaired on the day and within a few hours even though its 10 years old and an American Masterspa. Would highly recommend.

Man turned up and fixed my problem in 30 minutes, just 48 hours after my request. Very pleasant and knowledgeable person. Good job!

After cleaning my hot tub over Xmas I encountered a problem with a couple of error codes. I contacted the hottubsuperstore looking for advice and possibly to book an engineer. Mick (company MD) answered my questions in depth advising how I could resolve the issues. His advice was spot on and has saved me money and time in getting everything working.

Engineer turned up on time, diagnosed fault. Explained what was wrong and that original "parts" were no longer available, Ordered replacement parts.
Returned and fitted replacement items including purpose made replacement bezal plate.
Only slight down side, have never been able to contact main office by phone, Engineer as always responded to mobile call when available.

Had problems finding exact circuit board for my hot tub. After a few emails company had found the specific one and gave reassurance for its compatibility. Not only were the company supportive but gave competitive prices. Would recommend and certainly use them again.

Great professional service . Sorted out hot tub quickly and efficiently, pump , leak and Flo problem. Hot tub working as good as new . Ordered a replacement cover which is so much better than the original. Really pleased.
