I've had my Spa 6 years now it's used daily and looks like new. I looked round all the Spa shops and found the best with the hot tub superstore we love our Spa.

Excellent customer service from initial quote to the end job. I was concerned that my hot tub was beyond repair - I was assured this was not the case and with a few small changes it is now working better than it ever did. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to other hot tub owners. Friendly and reliable service - I am a happy customer.

Mick came to examine my hot tub which was leaking badly. He has 20 years experience and boy does it show! He identified the problems almost immediately and started working on them straight away. Within 90 minutes he had replaced the heating pump and changed the T-plunger and a section of pipe. There was no huffing and puffing he simply cracked on with the job and got it all sorted. Thank you and well done!

Well impressed with our repair visit. After being let down by other repairers and our tub supplier who didn’t want to know. Hot tub Parts Superstore delivered. Had to wait a wee while as they are so booked up, not surprising having now experienced their superb service, but well worth the wait. We had a bit of a challenging repair with a burnt out pump at the back and a mare to get to but Mick got things sorted with all parts on his van and happy determination. So No second visit after ordering parts needed. How cool is that! Highly recommend.

I have used many companies to service our tubs and found this company to be the most reliable and straight forward to deal with.

They could not come out to us straight away, probably a good sign, but they were up front and honest about it.

One very good thing is that they show prices for spare parts on their web site, which other companies do not.

Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Friendly service that uses clear language I could understand . I felt they didn't want to just take my money and sell me bits that I didn't need. Fair price , worked quickly , would definitely recommend and would defiantly use again

The pump is really good but the operator doesn’t always get it right! This is where the customer support came in!

The support I received for fault finding was excellent and it helped me to get my tub working again (the fault had nothing to do with the pump).

Great service from first call to repair being completed.

Before placing my order, I called to verify that the part I was ordering was in stock. I was told yes it's in stock so I placed my order. Two days later I receive an email saying the part is back ordered and will take upwards of two weeks. they do not respond to my emails and their customer service is horrible. Please spend your money somewhere else where they care about customer service.

We ordered a pre-manufactured new hot tub lid in May 2016 from Hot Tub Parts Superstore. All delivered ok, very happy with it. Then in May 2017, the stitching on it completely split, leaving the lid in 2 halves. We contacted them and they have very kindly arranged a new lid for us, made by themselves free of charge. So pleasing to find a company that lives up to its promises. Thank you so much, will definitely use again.

Company Director Mick was very helpful and responded to my email very quickly. He sourced which parts I needed and sent me the link to each part which made the whole process super simple. Would highly recommend this company

I have a swim spa that i bought at the South of England show, not form Hot Tub Parts Superstore, and at 3 years old all of the 4 pumps were leaking. It is very easy to buy these expensive items but, I found, very difficult to get them fixed. I eventually found HTPS and am very pleased with the results. Mick was very polite, knowledgable and very efficient. The job was competed to my total satisfaction. I now have a 100% fit swim spa with no leaks. I am delighted and am very happy to recommend Hot Tub Parts Superstore to one and all. I will certainly get them to service my swim spa in the future.

My hot tub is quite old, but Mick has managed to repair it on several occasions. Very friendly, quick and reliable service, would highly recommend.

Great service my hot tub is better than when it was new ,

Was told by another company that my Hottub needed a new circuit board at a price of £700 plus.
I called Hot Tub Superstore and it turned out that all that was needed was a new mains switch.
Great result !!!

Rang up to discuss about buying a new pcb but mick suggested a few things to try. Sorted the issue out. Top feller knows his stuff

My 2 year old hot tub developed a fault, it stopped heating the water. Having a 5 year extended warranty from Danz, I wasn't too stressed until I discovered that Danz had gone out of business in May 2016.

I phoned several hot tub companies and left numerous voicemails until I found Hot Tub Parts Superstore.

The phone was answered within a couple of rings, the chap that answered the phone was very knowledgable, understood the problem, offered advice. I booked a repair. This was a Tuesday afternoon.

Thursday lunchtime, the engineer came out to Milton Keynes, very quickly identified the fault, and cured the problem without any additional parts or labour being necessary.

A truly fantastic service. Very professional, very friendly, very helpful.

If you have a tub with a problem, give them a call. I would find it hard to believe that you will find better service anywhere - they are also very competitively priced.
