Fantastic service and support and now good friends
I don't write many reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one, having come across a friendly, professional company.
We wanted to replace the spa we had for nearly 20 years. We wanted a quality new hot tub to last as long as our old one. Still, if there were any problems, we want to be able to get parts for it 10, 15 or 20 years down the line and I reasonably good idea of what we were looking for.
Like most people, we look on the internet. However, we weren't convinced about the quality of either the spas the companies selling them. We also visited several spa companies in Hampshire and the South-East; none came close to providing the knowledge and service of Hot Tubs Hampshire.
There was no pressure to buy just an easy-going approach to doing business from Graham, Gareth, Mark, and everyone at, Mount Folly Nursery.
We bought a Vita Spa Grand.
Graham came out and did the survey to make sure that we could get the spa in ok. Gareth, Mark, and Alex delivered and positioned the hot tub where we wanted it, safely making sure not to damage either the house or spa while it was being moved into position.
Even though we've had a hot tub for many years, I learnt the error of my ways regarding water chemistry and looking after our spa from Gareth, who is always about if there is a problem.
Honestly, guys, a really great job, and I would recommend you to anyone buying a hot tub or any pool/spa supplies.
