Nice Experience!

Our Experience with Househunting was smooth. We got prompt and clear answers to all the queries and they arranged for appointment for utilities as well and this was also helpful.

I created a premium account for 35 euros, but the account was not created, I recieved no confirmation and cannot log in with the details I chose. SCAM?

We really recommend HouseHunting-Schiphol, especially for Pieter Jan de Baat who is very patient and keep in touch easily, which helped us a lot. It's a good choice there if you want a responsible housing agency.

Pieter-Jan was recommended as a specialist in renting out apartments in the Schiphol area. He gave a good advise about the standard the apartment should have. He did a good job.
Clear communication. He rented out our apartment very quickly.
Good professional service, everything went smooth.

A tip for the website people: to find househunting on Google is not easy, please work an that.

The process went nicely. Pieter-Jan was polite and sympathetic. Everything was done digitally and with ease. Greatly recommend.

Scheduled a viewing 3 days in advance, I arrive to the property and there is absolutely nobody there. The lack of professionalism amazes me, wasting 1 hour of my time for nothing.

Although you have to pay a subscription to see the apartments you just see how they are well organised and friendly.
I've seen some apartments in Utrecht and interacted with many agencies, but so far they offer an awesome experience and transparency.
We also appreciated that they were responsive and organised an online viewing as we were not in Utrecht.

Very good service, I did the check in 5 days ago. In the house everything seems to work as it should. The real estate agent was very kind and prompt to answer all my questions before I arrived and during the check in.
