Ordered the Universal Super Diffusers and it was an awful product. Used as directed and it melted onto my hairdryer- I’m very lucky it didn’t burn me! Although the company did refund me for the item, my hairdryer is unusable and I’m out of pocket as I have to buy a new one. No further support offered from House of Curls - have emailed them several times to see if they will compensate my damaged hairdryer and they haven’t responded so I have no choice but to leave this review.
Very very disappointed.

I ordered products to come to Europe, but HoC hasn’t got their post-brexit shipping sorted out. I ended up paying £60 for products l, £20 for shipping and €62 in import costs. Not ideal.
I emailed the business some feedback, and they never replied either.

I generally look at Trustpilot before buying from a website I haven’t used before, and was a bit concerned that there were only 4 reviews here, but decided to go ahead anyway, as I couldn’t find the product I wanted anywhere else without paying huge import and shipping fees. With that in mind I decided at the point of sale that I’d share my experience, whatever it was, and am happy to confirm that it was a good one. I ordered my Ouidad gel last Sunday, and received it today - 3 days later. Communication was good throughout the process. I hope this helps someone else who is unsure about ordering for the first time. - I’ll certainly buy from them again when I need to.

An amazing specialist website with products that aren’t easily sourced for curly hair. Lots of tips and guides how to style curly hair and easy ordering online. My products arrived super fast and were beautifully presented with pink curly shredded paper and a thank you note from the owner.

I am really looking forward to trying these products and would not hesitate to recommend House of Curls.

This was my first time ordering from the website. I very much appreciate that the store offers some of the famous curly girl approved brands and that they offer delivery to my country (in the EU). The products were dispatched quickly, received them fairly quickly, considering the holiday season, covid and the type of service (economy tracked). I very much appreciate the packaging - the products were carefully packaged, with bubble wrapping and a "Thank you" card.

Being new to the Curly Girl method it was great to be able to find the different brands recommended available for purchase on the House of Curls website. So much easier than having to order from various places. My parcel arrived very promptly after placing my order. Extremely well packaged. Definitely will use again and recommend. Thankyou!

I had been waiting for items to come into stock, received an email notification to say was available. So placed an order along with a couple of other items.
Website is easy to navigate and great information regarding products.
When the parcel arrived it was brilliant. All wrapped up lovely, all protected so the items didnt spill. I was soo excited opening it up and to use the products.
Highly recommend and will no doubt order more when my supplies run low. 🥰
