Sanyogita was very kind, responsive but I was having difficulties understanding the process as it seemed unclear to me and when I was trying to ask clarifying questions, she kept sending the same responses which made me feel as if she didn’t understand my question or was just using automated replies. I think a big part of the problem is the customization on the website though because selecting one option with 2 different customizations without there being a clear space to clarify which specific option you want such as myself wanting to clearly specify when I wanted to add sleeves that I wanted fabric sleeves and not mesh.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I specifically asked for a top to be changed and they said they can do that no problem. I received my order and got the wrong top. I text the customer service and they aren’t willing to give me a replacement. The customer service is horrible and the company is just unprofessional. Do not buy from here.
05/5 update: I have been in contact with them for over 5 days to resolve this issue. Commenting “we tried to reach you but couldn’t” is a load of bs. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
