Meenu was my chat person, the experience was amazing . I had an issue with finding my product on website . I described the product and she shared the link with me within 10 mins which made my purchase very easy and trustable. I also had difficulty during payment processing which was also helped within no longer time. It was amazing to have such a nice customer service.

Honestly I had high hopes but alas they failed at everything. I selected the custom option and sent them the measurements on WhatsApp yet they didn’t tell me that it wasn’t selected as custom. I told them I’d like to exchange for custom and I’ll pay the extra but you pay shipping they said no. I said I would like to return it and you pay shipping and they said no. After going back and forth for days they refused to accept their fault. They did not communicate at all and ruined my Eid. I am truly heartbroken.

Their customer service is terrible
Their customer service is terrible. My first purchase with them was good but the 2nd one was so disappointing.
I ordered 2 items from them. One didn’t even look close to the picture on their site and the other one was a completely different colour. I messaged them about the issue, they kept telling to wait. Then a month later they offered 10% refund which is nothing for something that costed $95 that’s not even wearable. I had to throw it in the trash that’s how horrible it looks. I honestly would never buy from this company again. And don’t trust their reply to the bad reviews, it’s never true. They like to drag it out then blame it on the customer for not replying when in fact they are the one who doesn’t like to reply.

Misleading Customers
A very disappointing customer experience with House of Indya. Giving them a second chance after messing up my first order, they promised my second order would reach in time knowing it would not happen. The order of course did not reach and I was offered a refund at the 11th hour. No apology, nothing to make up for the poor service. Over and above this my first order refund that was messed up is still outstanding after 3 weeks.
