I had a great experience shopping with Indya in the past. They have a good collections of suits and lehengas, I love the purchases from them. The lehenga quality was good

The website seems promising at first with their size customisation and ready to wear garments at a good price point. The shipping time was timely as well! The products on the other hand were terrible. I ordered two anarkali dresses (same design, different colours) with standard sizing. The waist and bust were the same width so the dress was rectangular (the waist was 20cm too wide). The sewing quality also differed between the two dresses, one had a puckered waist while the other was sewn nicely flat. The colours of the fabric and embroidery were also very different to the website.

I also ordered two pre-stiched sarees and even provided my height to them. The first saree was sewn incorrectly. The pre-stiched element allows you to hook on the pleating, except the place that you latch the hook onto was backwards. The "hooks" are actually a bulky strip of pleated fabric which were pleated in the wrong direction, hence the hooks could not latch on. If I tried to unstitch the saree it would ruin the fabric as it was a very lightweight crepe. There were only 3 pleats in the pre-stitched part and when I draped it over my shoulder it was dragging on the ground. The other saree was advertised as "viscose" but I received velvet. This saree looked like the pictures at least, but it was extremely long! The pre-stritched pleating only had 3 pleats so the saree was dragging on the floor after draping on my shoulder (around an extra 60cm of fabric). The saree can't be manually pleated after it has been pre-stitched because of the extra bulk added when sewing the pre-stitching. The blouses for each of the sarees were terribly sewn and were ill-fitting.

Their customer service isn't too bad, they're easy to contact on Whatsapp. However, they don't admit that they sewed things incorrectly and told me to get it tailored locally. Trying to get a refund is almost impossible.

I think you have a wide range of designs and the quality is pretty good. Furthermore, delivery has always been prompt.

Amazing and easy to process

Meenu was very supportive in helping me understand the clothing system of House Of Indya. She would reply quick and as for someone who has brought Indian clothes online for the first time, she was really helpful and didn’t hesitate in answering all of my questions. House of Indya itself is a good and affordable brand. I have ordered some peices of here and can’t wait to receive it.

I had a wonderful experience ordering from House of Indya! The website was very easy to use and the process of selecting my outfits was smooth overall.

I did have some difficulty when it came to customizing my measurements, but the customer support I received from Sanyogita was exceptional. We ended up speaking over the phone so she could guide me through everything properly. She was incredibly patient, kind, and stayed with me the entire time until all my measurements were entered and my order was successfully submitted.

She truly went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend both House of Indya and their amazing customer service!

Ordered a white sari and it was silver despite the photos and description online clearly stating white. In addition they sent the wrong top and did not add the extra items and customizations I paid for! Customer service did not respond to me. Worst service ever. Very disappointing. Do not waste your money

Shipping fee plus tariff fees are too much. You end up paying more for the "discounted" purchases.

I should have store credit after I get order. Last week I had purchased about same amount, and did not get any credit because by mistake it went on other tab and lost the credit. You can see the order. Give me a chance to review that. Thanks

I ordered 6 sets of clothes for myself and my daughter. Out of all the items, I only had an issue with one product. Although the initial response wasn’t very satisfactory, Anshul went out of his way to contact me and resolve the issue promptly.
Had the initial response been more customer-focused, I wouldn’t have had to go through all hoo ha. However, I truly appreciate the effort Anshul made to ensure customer satisfaction. Will definatley order from them again
