Worst company ever they are the biggest scammers. I highly suggest do not hire them. They will take money out of your bank account without your permission. Once you call him they won’t give you an answer. They will give you a runaround.

If I could rate a 0 I would. One of the worst programs I have ever used. Houzz does not go thru your leads and make sure they work for what you do as a company. There pushy with there leads, once you sign up there no help at all to with leads or to try and grow your business . Save you money

I had many discount codes for Labor Day and none of them worked. It's like a bait and switch. Very discouraging. Esp bc we already bought 2 sets of furniture, we were adding more pieces to the sets before they sell out.

An old (4 years) delivery address popped up and I didn't see it until after I ordered the ottoman. I followed the instructions and contacted the merchant. They replied that they could not change the billing address (why not?). So I cancelled the order, although I have not had a confirmation of the cancellation yet. Then I reordered the same ottoman with the correct and updated adress. I worry that I will wind up being charged twice and have a mess trying to get a refund. It doesn't help that you have not customer service website or phone number. I'm very frustrated and don't think I will ever purchase through Houzz again.

I am not at all happy with the fact that this piece is shown on your website with 4 different prices from 4 different vendors. How am i supposed to make money selling product AND being professional / accurate in presenting pricing to client and not risk giving pricing that a client has seen as different from the same resource?!

I'm also extremely disappointed in the direction Houzz has taken to get rid of designer discounts, and the entire trade program being abolished!

Easy to use, pricing is great, and service is reliable. Everything you hope for in e-commerce.

Avoid Houzz Pro at all costs — deceptive billing practices and zero accountability.

We signed up for Houzz Pro with the clear understanding — in writing — that we could cancel anytime before the program activated for a full refund. We canceled well within the agreed period, and multiple representatives (including a Senior Account Executive) confirmed our cancellation and refund was being processed.

Yet Houzz continued to charge us repeatedly. Despite multiple emails and confirmations from Houzz staff admitting the cancellation was in process — and even telling us we had “nothing more to do” — the charges kept coming. We were forced to initiate a fraud claim through our credit card provider, who thankfully ruled in our favor and blocked the charges.

But it didn’t stop there.

Even after being caught in writing acknowledging the cancellation, Houzz continues to harass us for “missed payments” that were never authorized to begin with. They clearly hope businesses won’t fight back and will just accept the unauthorized billing. We refuse.

This is a textbook example of unethical, predatory subscription practices wrapped in a slick sales pitch. Shame on Houzz for operating this way.

If you value transparency, ethical treatment, or your time — stay far away from Houzz Pro.

I've loved HOUZZ for years. They are an interesting hybrid of online shopping, finding pros, and have merchandise that you don't find at other online shopping sites.

Found the medicine cabinet I was looking for and at a better price than other online stores!
