Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service, I was shouted and sworn at when we reutrned a car with a major fault, and then they tired to keep £500 back. Very unprofessional.

I helped a family member buy a new used car from these guys. They are full of charm and smiles, lots of warm chit-chat, but there was the pervasive sense it was all just sales talk. Of course, once they had our money and the car was ours, despite being told there was a warranty period for all purchases within a short period, the brothers failed to reply to calls about a problem that was found post-purchase, and when confronted at the showroom they would make promises to get the matter sorted, but these went utterly unfulfilled. Do not buy from these guys... if they cannot see that an exhaust has rotted when they inspect a used car and be honest about it, I wouldn't trust them for more expensive sales (much less anything else). Whatever they say to this, they were given multiple opportunities to make this right.
