She was the most professional and hard working estate agent we have known, her perseverance to secure us the right buyer was second to none. I would highly recommend the team at Howard Cundey.
I know estate agents sometimes have a poor reputation but Howard Cundey have sunk to new lows - they lied to us about our revised offer being accepted, allowed us to progress with surveys and solicitors and incur fees, and we found out from others that in fact another couple had their offer accepted and the property was sold to them....and to top it all off the CEO then called me to defend their behaviour when I complained - they shouldn't be able to get away with behaving like this...and yet they do.....if this is the message coming from the top down, then they simply cannot be trusted.
We instructed Tonbridge branch to sell our house. Nightmare from the start. Took a week to alter misleading errors online, despite several requests. No viewers at all so went to branch to find our property not advertised anywhere, inside or outside shop. Now find it has been removed from Howard Cundey's own website and Rightmove for no reason and without consent. My complaint ignored. Promised call from Area Manager not received. Breach of contract and appalling treatment. Shocked and distressed as we need to sell our house. Be warned. These people need to be seriously investigated. Still waiting for explanation and apology. We have no choice but to take further action now. Clearly, Howard Cundey have no conscience.
