Must be better out there, wouldn’t be hard

Unhelpful, unfriendly and quite frankly there must be better letting agents out there, it wouldn’t be difficult. Fully managed gets you very little and within the contract is a fee to terminate, so you are almost forced ( unless you want to pay them the fee ) to carry on until the tenant leaves.

We served at her pleasure

Liz Gamlen at Howard Morley made our tenancy feel like an inconvenience she had to tolerate. Communication was entirely one-sided — we'd wait weeks for responses to straightforward queries, yet when she needed something from us, we were given hours to comply. There was no sense that we were valued clients paying for a service. Interactions were curt, dismissive, and consistently rushed, as though our concerns were beneath her attention. The overall impression was that tenants exist to serve the agent, not the other way around. If you're looking for a letting agent who treats tenants with basic professionalism and respect, I'd look elsewhere.

Howards !
An example of profit and arrogance over customer compassion. To ridicule people in a vulnerable position of grieving.
Hang your heads in shame, insufferable people.
God forbid you are in the same position one day.
If you are, hope you dont have your emotional phone call put on speaker and hear people in an office laughing and ridicule you when you are struggling with everything.
Suggest you google the word empathy.

Constantly trying to find out what other agents are doing.

Absolutely appalling company, they keep phoning me up, wanting to know how our sale is going. They phoned me when I was working Saturday, they phoned Monday and this morning at five past nine. I was in the shower on a day off. I don’t know why they keep phoning we aren’t on with them and there isn’t a Howard’s in Attleborough and with this constant hounding ‘just wondering how your sale is going’ I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Maddie Stone showed me round 2…

Maddie Stone showed me round 2 different types of properties, and on both occasions I found her very professional, she introduced me to one resident very politely which was a nice ice breaker, Maddie escorted me around and allowed me to take my time looking and to work out if the property is suitable for my needs, and also had answers to any questions I had and if not was willing to find out for me. Maddie applied this action on both properties I viewed with her. Easy to speak and deal with 👍🏽

I’ve just sold a property with Howard’s…

I’ve just sold a property with Howard’s and honestly cannot recommend them enough. After being on the market with another agent for over six months with no offers, Howard’s managed to get my property sold in less than three weeks!

Georgia was absolutely fantastic from start to finish professional, friendly, and approachable. As it was my first time selling a property, she supported me through the whole process and made everything so much easier. I’m really grateful for her help and would highly recommend Howard’s to anyone looking to sell.

Howard's are the way forward

Having dealt with Howards of lowestoft on two occasions, I highly recommend them. Buying and selling. Vibrant energy in the office. Good communication, and honest. Good, professional team.

This is a fantastic company when…

This is a fantastic company when looking for rented accommodation. The whole team is super helpful. Mia especially was so helpful, calling me whenever a house became available, and emailing properties. Would definitely use this company again, should I need to.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Left 3 messages ,been trying to speak to the Gorleston office for 3 hours!. I would not trust them to sell for me or manage a rental.

A bit of an odd one.
I'd like to know why they are sending blind letters to folks living in terrace houses in Derby, for someone looking for a detached house in Bungay?
I don't think their advanced technology to help folks find properly is working!
