Update: Dropped a star because I ordered another 2 loads of gravel. However this company definitely don't give you a despatch date/time and it seems that if you don't contact the local depot to ask them, then the delivery will just turn up unexpectedly, they don't kock on your door and would leave it anywhere near the property, unless you specifically go out to direct them where to leave it. Apart from that they're very good and we'll buy from them again.

Although the original delivery date had to be rearranged the staff were helpful and kept in touch

Ordered replacement fence panels online for collection. They were picked for me by a helpful and friendly member of your staff and they are now installed, so happy about the whole experience.

I ORDERED DECKING ON A SATURDAY SO 3-5 DAYS SHOULD HAVE BEEN FRIDAY, I RANG THORNE BRANCH. I WAS TOLD OR FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING, RANG UP OR YEAH WILL BE THIS AFTERNOON I TOOK TIME OFF TO DO THE JOB. WHEN I TOLD THEM NOT GOOD ENOUGH IT FINALLY CAME AT ONE.

Very poor quality of top soil. I found the "top soil" to be very sandy. I have found alot of pieces of plastic wrappers hidden in the soil along with other random items which wont break down aswell as large pieces of stone. Would not recommend buying a large back of top soil from here again. The picture of the top soil bulk bag looks nothing like what I received.

Staff at the Bury St. Edmunds branch were very helpful. I was advised to buy on-line. However the website would not allow me to use a credit/debit card. Eventually I used PayPal which enabled me to complete my purchase. Delivery was made by Talesey as promised.

Ordered all products online and it was very easy. All the items were delivered on time and the delivery driver was very helpful and went out of his way to carry some of the products into my garage. First class .
