Howdens - Accrington Reviews 

This is maybe the 6th kitchen we’ve had from howdens over the years and various properties and again didn’t disappoint, from design through to delivery and install!

Lynne and the staff at Accrington were great and extremely patient given we went through probably 20+ designs and amendments to make sure it was perfect to leave with the joiner whilst we went on holiday for the install. They offered lots of design solutions and workarounds to some bespoke additions we wanted.

Definitely would recommend using them to anyone thinking who to use!

OUR DAUGHTER HAD READ THE REVIEWS AND TALKED US INTO VISITING THE SHOW ROOM THE BEST ADVICE SHE HAS EVER GIVEN UPTO DATE, RIGHT AWAY EVERY THING WAS EXPLAINED FROM QUALITY TO DESIGN TO COLOURS WE WERE EVEN SHOWN THE HUGE STOCK KEPT IN THE WAREHOUSE, GIVEN A GUARANTEE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WE ARE OUT IN A FLASH
THEN WE WERE INTRODUCED TO THE DESIGNER LYNN WHAT AN ABSOLUTE TREASURE SHE IS, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS “SHE LISTENS” THEN POINTS YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION SO THE OUTCOME IS ITS YOUR CHOICE NOT THE DESIGNERS CHOICE

I couldn’t recommend Howdens Accrington enough. Robert has been incredible from the very beginning — guiding us through the design, helping us make the right decisions, and supporting us all the way through to delivery. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always just a phone call or email away, even when I changed my mind more times than I care to admit. His patience and expertise made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable.

A big thank you as well to Liz, Steve the branch manager, and the rest of the team for their help throughout. The service has been fantastic from everyone, and I absolutely love my new kitchen.

I had a query related to an invoice from 2022. Sarah in the Accrington branch went out of her way to help and was able to provide a copy very quickly by contacting the fitter independently and clearing it with her Manager. Anytime I have dealt with Howdens the Customer Service has been excellent

Liz at Howdens Accrington is absolutely fantastic. She designs all the kitchens for me and my clients, and I honestly couldn’t ask for better support. She’s always friendly, happy to help, and incredibly knowledgeable. Liz gets out to site very quickly whenever needed and resolves any issues promptly and efficiently. A real credit to Howdens and a pleasure to work with every time.

I have a postage stamp for a kitchen.
But want loads in there, I gave my sizes and requirements to Liz.
Not expecting much but this lady worked her magic and all I can say is I was gob smacked at how good it looked.

Friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the branch at Accrington . My kitchen was designed by Elizabeth Perry who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Super quick after the home visit I went in to view the design. Loved it.once I had a date off the fitter, Sam, from the list provided by Howdens Elizabeth kept me updated with delivery of the kitchen. Fitting was completed today and I couldn't be happier

Lynne from the Accrington branch is absolutely brilliant. She supported us through the whole journey from initial design to order to delivery. She is a brilliant kitchen designer and clearly knows her stuff. She’s very approachable and she made any amends to the design we asked. We are very happy with our Howdens kitchen, it looks brilliant and the service was excellent. The price was excellent too, we shopped around but Howdens price and design was definitely the best. Would highly recommend Howdens Accrington and Lynne.

Robert wasn't pushy, he gave us his honest opinions all the way throughout the process. He actually listened to what I wanted and told me if it would work, how he could get it to work and if he couldn't, he would offer an alternative suggestion. He also kept us fully informed with prices along the way and were possible offered us cheaper options.
