A huge thank you to Stephen Barnes, manager at the Accrington store for the very kind donation to support our World Book Day event this year. Stephen is a very approachable and helpful manager at the store and always goes over and above to try and help the local community.

The staff are grate and friendly

We had a Howdens kitchen fitted into a small Care Home in Accrington 12 years ago. This kitchen has withstood a great deal of where and tear. We have just had a couple of the runners fail I contacted the Accrington branch and the manager provided a what's happening for photos and reverted immediately to say they could help. I arrived the store to find not just two but six replacement runners for which they would accept no payment. Fantastic service from the whole team from beginning to end I cannot recommend them highly enough and the product itself as well. Thank you to you all

Absolutely fantastic experience with Lynne in the Accrington store. Took so much time and effort designing our dream kitchen, Thankyou so much. Lynne's design skills also recommended from my mum who also had a great experience.

Contacted Robert at Accrington branch over advice for spare part for Lamona extractor.He could not have been more helpful & even emailed me with product details & recommended company to install it.Tremendous customer service & a fine ambassador for his employer..

I have used Howdens Accrington a few times now and every time the service has been brilliant, Lynn has designed a few kitchens for me now and always managed to add a wow factor within my budget, prices haven't been beaten and service is always exceptional

From entering the showroom we were made to feel welcome. Excellent service from all the staff. Very soon understood what we wanted and suggested styles and colours to suit.
The design service was again excellent and any tweaks we wanted were readily incorporated.
Revisits and small changes were happily arranged.
Overall would 100% recommend

Lynne from Accrington Howdens came out and measured the area for my new kitchen, did an amazing job designing it, and made suggestions that I hadn’t thought of which made the kitchen more efficient and look bigger and brighter. She was very patient while I took my time making decisions and was very responsive when I phoned with questions or ideas. The range of designs and quality of products is great, and the final cost is comparative to other major retailers and comes with the added professionalism and personal service.

From start to finish the experience was perfect. Rob came and took measurements,lovely man, very professional.kitchen was delivered when it wanted it. A couple of slight issues were sorted straight away. Every person I dealt with was polite and did their best to help. Thanks for everything

Decent experience with Howdens at the Accrington branch. The team, especially Lyn, Sarah, and Steve, were helpful, providing good service and quality units. However, there were some issues with missing and damaged items and repeat sales calls, which were a bit frustrating. Overall, a mixed experience.

Really nicely made kitchen units, helpful staff, really good price. I am really pleased with my new kitchen it is really good quality and looks the part.

I recently opened a cash account with the Accrington branch of Howdens and I must say ALL the staff there are very helpful and pleasant. The manager there is fantastic and I will definitely use this branch for all my kitchens and doors from now on. We used to use Benchmarks but I have definitely switched to Howdens simply because of the manager at Accrington being so helpful

Rob’s been superb with the planning and ideas for a complete kitchen for my mum. He made the process so easy. The quality is fantastic and she’s absolutely made up! We’ve now requested his help again with ours, not complete but a refresh. Again he’s given us ideas we hadn’t considered and looking forward to completing the project in the New Year.

Robert’s guidance in planning our kitchen was invaluable. His expertise and never-ending patience took the stress out of the entire process. On the back of such excellent service, Robert is now planning my mum’s kitchen!

Lynne Walkden at the Accrington branch of Howdens is by far the most patient, accommodating and kind hearted kitchen planner we have had the pleasure of meeting. Our kitchen was not an ordinary one and there were lots of last minute changes and alterations even after we’d paid for it we had changes of mind but never at any point did we feel we couldn’t go back and double check, then triple check to be reassured. Lynne was always approachable and her much used sentence “that’s what I’m here for’ made a huge difference to us, always putting us at ease. One thing we found very helpful is we were never made to feel rushed. She suggested design ideas providing solutions and allowing us to see visual representations throughout the process. I admit I’m not an easy to please customer but I have to say, Lynne made the whole experience so pleasing that I bought my utility room kitchen there too! If you’re not sure and need guidance around your kitchen design, speak with Lynne we highly recommend her!

I recently went here for some new filters for my extractor fan and dealt with a nice young man called Rob. I told Rob what I wanted and he gave it it me. I left feeling satisfied with the experience.

've had an account at Accrington for 10+ years and have always found the staff great to deal with. Special mention to Stephen the Manager who goes above and beyond to ensure the best levels of service are maintained.
