My experience with the purchase
Of 2 kitchen required Inc worktops has been a pleasure from the early planning until this week taking delivery.
I am a developer and build my own properties and use all howdens joinery. Skirting, archs ironmongery window boards door linings .
I'm lucky enough to have a trade rep shaun Cullen who always goes the extra mile for making sure we get everything on time .
Also the rest of the Bath Branch are excellent helping with any problems.
I'm building another 2 houses after this project and I wouldn't even consider not using Howdens.
It's 5 stars from me and thank you so much for all of your support.

Knowledgeable staff selling good quality products at fair prices. All combined with a friendly helpful approach and some great deals. Love the posted out sales sheets, gives busy trades folks an easy way to gain info.

Just had our Howdens kitchen fitted and we could not be happier with the end result. Emily at the Bath showroom did a super design for us. Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful. The team always called us back if they weren't in. Amendments and returns were never a problem. This is our 2nd Howdens kitchen. No hesitation in recommending their service.

Trent in Bath - what an absolute legend. I would never go anywhere else.

We put in 4x flats in Bath this year ... and tried Wren, Magnet, Wickes an Howdens for design.

It was obvious from the first consultation that we were going to stick with Howdens, just on the quality of service, but we kept the others going for a while to get a sense of pricing and in the end Howdens we best design and best value for money too.

Exemplary service throughout. Great team: friendly at the warehouse, everyone's always happy to help, simple, well organised call-off delivery for a tight site and a brilliant fitting team for the stone worktops.

We spent 4x our original QS budget on the kitchens and they've already paid for themselves in lifting the end-values. Tenants and agents love them and they make the flats.

Really can't thank Trent enough for being completely on the ball the whole way through. Absolute legend.

All the staff in branch are welcoming and enthusiastic. Designing a kitchen is always an emotional journey, especially as the clients needed to change course as their building works unfolded and lintels etc made the first plan unworkable. Shaun was an absolute legend, totally patient, prepared to explore and explain options and got this over the line. Superb, thank you.

Fantastic design support from Trent at the Bath branch. He is a lovey guy and spent loads of time with us thinking through possible layouts for our small kitchen, was willing to try different options, and had great knowledge and ideas. Due to a change in staircase footprint we had to redesign the finished plan and again he was enthusiastically willing to put the time in to get it spot on for us. Really impressed. Delivery on time and units and counter great quality. Really pleased we chose Howdens.

We recently created our dream kitchen and utility via our carpenter, who recommended using Howdens. He introduced us to Trent at the Bath branch who was helpful and played a great role in advising us as we went through the design and development program for the entire project. Howdens kept our carpenter in the loop with regards to logistics and the whole project has gone by without one single hitch I would strongly recommend both Howdens and Trent for any kitchen design project. Thank you for a superb 5 star review experience!

We were very impressed with the service Trenton provided - from initial design, putting our ideas into practice, through to organising delivery and ensuring we were happy with the finished products. We look forward to working with Trenton again for our next project!

What an amazing experience! Our designer Emily is incredibly talented and came across very friendly but also professional. She made me and my partner feel so comfortable and let our imaginations run wild as well as being honest and up front regarding the logistics. Would 100% recommend her and Howdens Bath to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

The staff were great as usual very helpful
The doors have definitely dropped in quality the Holdenby I bought look fine fitted but the wood used on the edges isn’t oak it looks ok but is very soft and you are only able to trim them by a small amount. The other doors I purchased for the customer came from Wickes because they were able to be trimmed by up to 20mm and all edges had 15mm of solid oak and were almost identical in price. If I was buying to use in my home the Wickes doors would be my choice.

I have used Howdens in Locksbrook road Bath for many years. And I have always received excellent service , most of the employees there know me by my Christian name and I know there’s. They are always very friendly and helpful wether it’s the front desk the office or the warehouse. Hats off to you all. Steve Crooks SSC Carpentry Bath

Howdens Bath are simply the best!! Louise and the team couldn’t help more nothing is ever a problem, the customer is put first!! The team are extremely professional and go the extra mile to find the perfect solution. I Would highly recommend howdens bath to anyone after kitchens or joinery.
