Kitchen fitter has gone on the sick as done his back in before job started, another one quoted a few hundred pounds more than first quote even though l have fitted 90% of doors, still waiting for third quote after three days?

Brilliant. Always happy to go the extra mile. Very impressed.

Got everything I need with great customer service

I came to Howdens Benton for a kitchen after receiving two quotes from kitchen companies well over my budget and not the kitchen I really wanted. I was contacted after leaving details almost immediately by Natalie who was a dream to work with - she explained the whole process and range options thoroughly. She spent so much time listening (I had some very distinct requests! ) and really seemed to understand my style. She produced lots of detailed CAD drawings which we discussed at length. Our finished timber Chilcomb kitchen is beautiful and luxurious but still manages to have character and is very personal to me (she even worked around a very large cherished tea-pot which needed to be on show!). Natalie always responded when she said she would and had so much patience and wonderful calm manner with the little last minute tweaks I made - nothing seemed too much trouble and I really can’t thank her enough for this. This lady has so much patience and expertise! Her valuable suggestions and ideas were just brilliant. I could view every door and colour option in the showroom and really engage in every little detail. The whole process was seamless and everything ran like clockwork from design to delivery - even my kitchen fitter was amazing even with the most challenging of joinery work. A couple of items needed replacing and Howdens were there replacing it shortly after the call was made. The other staff I encountered at Howdens were all super friendly and helpful but above all they all seemed to really value their customers. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding and the end result is a stunning bespoke looking kitchen which is not only aesthetically beautiful but functional to our everyday life. All this was also at a cheaper cost than quoted elsewhere and the kitchen is just how I’d hoped it would be. I would absolutely recommend a Howdens kitchen and would like to thank Natalie and the rest of the team for their professionalism and customer care. 5* !!!

A rep came to visit me from benton. Lovely bloke, very informative and let me know about the most recent deals. We'll priced and cheaper than a trip to screwfix.

From the excellent planning to the finished kitchen both the workmanship and quality of service were excellent. I am more than delighted with the finished kitchen and very good value for money

Great kitchens and wardrobes!

Had many kitchen quotes. But none beat Howdens, Benton. Great quality, big choice and excellent appliances. (Their brand)
But I want to mention Natalie Burns who advised me and designed the kitchen. Her knowledge is outstanding, she was patient and answered all my questions and queries. She made me feel comfortable, reassured and not pressured like some places.
Natalie talked me through every step and suggested details no one else ever had. Most importantly she was not condescending and did 2 house visits to measure, check details and fit. Suggested a outstanding fitter... Allen Brown.

We have had amazing service from Howdens. Natalie has been fantastic in designing and planning our kitchen. The units and appliances are of a very high quality and have transformed our old dated kitchen. All the trades involved have been brilliant. John and Tom have kept me entertained for the last week or two. Basically a 5* service from start to finish

Went to howdens for my kitchen and was dealt with by Natalie from start to finish I have never felt more at ease with my design and choices. Natalie was amazing on hand For questions and choice changes 24/7 she really did go above and beyond to get it exactly how we wanted it. Couldn’t recommend them enough Thankyou.

Adam (Benton) is the go to guy for kitchens or in fact anything you might need help with at Howdens. He always provides a top class service and nothing is ever a bother, never known someone so easy to work with. Adam has an exceptional eye for detail and brings a wealth of experience. I would highly recommend! In fact after my first experience I had no doubt about enlisting Adams help again more recently for my utility. Thanks Adam, always appreciated!
