Went to Howden's after having another company quote a ridiculous amount for bedroom furniture. Sarah was so helpful and pretty much matched the design for a fraction of our original quote and nothing was to much trouble. Her attention to detail is fabulous Will definitely use Howdens (Sarah) again. Highly recommended

Howdens Cannock brand have a great team within the shop making it an enjoyable experience and service! Great brand to work for and they provide myself with plenty of work which is great from a business perspective. Couldn’t recommend anymore 👍

Purchased a kitchen and quartz worktop from howdens Cannock, Scott Murray designed the kitchen and came out to check measurements, fantastic service and really listened and advised to create a beautiful kitchen which I fitted myself, design and as superb, all the staff at the Cannock branch are fantastic and nothing was any problem, friendly and helpful and the delivery driver was great too stacking it in order in the garage whilst I was working away, would highly recommend howdens at Cannock ! We had our new kitchen done by Sarah at Howdens in Cannock back in January, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Sarah was incredibly friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what we wanted. Her advice and attention to detail made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable. The quality of the kitchen is excellent, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the final result. Would highly recommend Sarah and the team at Howdens Cannock – outstanding service!

We purchased a kitchen in November 2024. This is the first new kitchen we have ever had, so we relied on our kitchen designer to advise us and give us all the relevant information. We have since learned they failed to provide us with the information needed to make an informed choice when it came to choosing the finish of the
doors/drawers. They failed to inform us of the high level of maintenance required for the super matt finish doors/drawers. A previous review on the 29th March says exactly the same thing, you can't touch the doors without leaving a mark. They always look dirty. I have painful arthritic hands and would definitely not have chosen something that would cause me more work
to maintain. This has caused so much stress and upset, we spent a lot of money on our first ever new kitchen only for us to end up hating it just months after fitting. I wish we'd never bought from Howdens and would 100% NOT recommend to anyone.
We have since complained and howdens refuse to take responsibility for their inadequate service and offer a satisfactory solution. All they offered was magic sponges!!

Arranged an appointment with Kelly from Howdens at Cannock to come and measure our kitchen and advise us of the options we had. Within a few days we were sent several CGI images of what the kitchen should look like and a costing. Upon agreeing the price delivery was on time and efficient. We are very pleased with the result after installation.

Sarah was fabulous from start to finish. So helpful and accommodating.

We popped in on a trade day free food and drinks available ordered new flooring and kitchen cupboards collected a few days later nothing missing Happy with everything

Used Howdens cannock to supply a new kitchen and internal doors. Designers where out the next day, made my dream kitchen come to life! The whole kitchen was supplied a week later and dropped off by some top guys. Looks amazing, can't fault the quality and value of howdens!

I’ve used Howdens in Cannock multiple times over the years. I can say I have never had a bad experience! Tom and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to ensure all the materials I need are available. The service provided is invaluable and I refuse to shop anywhere else ! The quality of the materials I use are always top notch. Big thank you to all involved at Howdens Cannock for the work they put in to make my life easier !

Howdens customer service is non existent. We have a chipped stainless sink which they state I must of done the damage. New kitchen fitted in December. Reported it in January. Given new sink, by a member of staff and contacted fitter, who sent me a very upsetting message advising I had no right going to Howdens. He came weeks later to cover a hole he had left in the kitchen and charged me for the work. 4 weeks later been back to Howdens. The person who gave me the sink would not even come out of the warehouse to speak to me. Another man insisted I had caused the damage and no way were they liable. I kept asking for the name of the manufacturer but he refused to tell me. I started buying my first home in 1978 and have never managed to damage a stainless steel sink. I have had 2 kitchen fitters visit my home this week, to get a quote to change sink and on both occasions advised the sink chip is a fault during manufacture. No one from Howdens has seen the damaged sink. I will not be returning to Howdens just going to pay for a refit myself. Not happy and wouldn't recommend Howdens to anyone or the fitter I had. I have shared my experience with Howdens and the fitter to many people and will continue to do so.
Update. In response to my review Howdens requested my details so it could be passed to relevant dept. and I would be contacted. Details sent 17 April, still waiting for response.

Still over charging the customer when things are on offer please check your invoices as they won't tell you ?

Whilst I appreciate all reviews are subjective I have to say the Cannock Branch of Howdens was a pleasure to work with, the customer service received from the Branch Manager and his exceptionally well informed team was outstanding, and the product was of a very high standard, I was so pleased with the knowledge and support I received from the team they went above and beyond to help.
An exemplary demonstration of a customer oriented Business Model!

We absolutely love our new kitchen, Emily came out and did the planning and our fitter was great.
From start to finish very smooth process.
