Howdens - Charlton Reviews 

A very efficient and friendly service at Howdens (Charlton SE7) along with assistant manager Teri, Josh & all her team including Designer Larry, who is very patient ! As an Interior Designer & new business customer, I am especially interested in Kitchen design, Howdens have a new & extensive range of products for all budgets. They have and continue to supply good prompt support when I need it.

I just wanted to comment on the change I have seen at Howdens Charlton. Long gone are the days waiting weeks for missing items and days for queries to be answered. The team Jason, James, Terri and others have been a tremendous support and help to our business from searching and collecting items not in store from other depot's so our order is correct. Even down to help and advice outside of the box on special orders to overcome design issues. Also a special mention to the delivery driver who knows we are on site at 07:00 every day in the centre of London and is always outside as we arrive. Good work to all the team. Would 100% highly recommend this store.

Terri was terrific.Her knowledge and advice on the products was invaluable.
She recognised the design of a 15yearold kitchen door . Definitely recommend Howdens and if Terri is on the desk no stress .

Ordered a kitchen through the counter with my own measurements, Josh the young lad was very helpful even gave me some different styles and colours I could offer to my customer, he gave me a first price which was a little over my budget and decided to change my quote to flatpack which lowered my price by £600!!

He is such a good salesman and definetly knows how to convince someone to stay and not try get a cheaper price elsewhere! Will 100% recommend and carry on using

I would like to recommend Howdens, Charlton branch. Their kitchen designer Michael did an excellent job helping to design my kitchen. Every detail was perfect and suggestions given to things I hadn't even thought of. Added bonus seeing the 3d photos of how the finished kitchen would look. The units are lovely and I have a fantastic new kitchen.

Charlotte in the Charlton branch was fantastic! She dealt with my call in a very profession and helpful manor. The customer service is spot on in the Charlton store! Happy customer! :)

I phoned up the Charlton branch and was looking for a spare drawer as the one I had had snapped, Priya Was very helpful over the phone and directed me in the Right direction for the size and cheapest option and ordered it for me, I came 2 days later and It was in stock, Josh was very energetic and helpful when I came to collect!

Well I have to compliment the Howdens at Charlton for all their help and advise , their knowledge is excellent I thought my knowledge was good !! rare these days that you can actually get good solid advise , I purchased a kitchen for a friend of mine he said the delivery man was an absolute gem nothing was too much trouble and I know his wife is demanding ,even though we had the heavy worktops that took 3 of us to carry , the quality of the goods was excellent and well wrapped , we did need to change one item which was our fault and even that was no problem for the branch , all in all could not fault them from the counter staff the warehouse and the delivery men ,even the manager and you dont normally get to see them let alone have a conversation ,very nice guy , they seem to have a good team .

We had a kitchen supplied by Howdens (Charlton branch) with a Silestone worktop (provided and installed by a company called Sheridens). The kitchen units are good quality, as is the stone itself but the installation of the worktop is incredibly poor. Various errors were made with the initial measurement and we now have erroneous cut outs in the stone splashback. The mastic was also rushed and applied clumsily showing nowhere near the quality or finish you’d expect for a £5k worktop. A customer service ticket has been raised but no word for a week and no one responding to emails. Beware ordering expensive stone worktops through Howdens who seem to have little care over that subcontracted part of their business…

Great service and knowledge from Terri at Howdens Charlton- would highly recommend.
Had low expectations going to Howdens as it is Trade only, but I left feeling satisfied and confident my project was in the right hands.
Terri is extremely knowledgeable, brilliant customer service and was there every step of the way- 5 Star Customer service!!

As usual, I have had a brilliant experience with Howdens who have provided me with exactly what I needed when I needed it - quality products. Amanda has been particularly brilliant in assisting with this and advising where necessary.

Extremely poor customer service. Rude Assistant Manager James. I am still waiting for a refund for goods I did not recieve. Be careful buying anything from this branch.

i went into howdens charlton today to get some more information on different kitchen styles and colours as i dont know much, Josh was very helpful and gave me plenty of knowledge
