Howdens - Chepstow Reviews 

Don't buy a kitchen from this branch as the customer service is appaling, they send damaged items and say that is the standard they use.I am 4 months pregnant and so far this kitchen has caused me a lot of stress, from wrong measurements to faulty item it is just a hassle.

Great service swift and easy to use very helpful staff especially the manager went out of her way to make sure we had a smooth transition and this gave a very simple installation ..
Will be back for another kitchen or 2 this year

We had an excellence experience with Howdens Chepstow and particularly Martin Powell. Martin created a fantastic kitchen design. We were keen to keep the look of the kitchen in line with the style and age of the house and his design was better than our brief could have imagined as well as being practical and very usable for family life. His attention to detail was fantastic. All the Howdens team working front of house the couple of times we popped in have been friendly and very helpful too. Thank you!

Mark the kitchen designer has been fantastic.
It has never been a problem to him to change things to suit.
He has been with us every step of the way with helpful advise & good choices.

Good service with planning of kitchen and items delivered on time

If you are looking for a new kitchen then we couldn't recommend Howdens Chepstow highly enough. As soon as Martin came to measure and design the kitchen he put us at ease and was very thorough and professional. He made the whole process easy and straightforward and we are so happy with the design (and cost!) of our kitchen. Thank you so much Martin for providing such a great service and for making what seemed like a daunting task, much more enjoyable and easy!

I had a great service from Martin Powell, he has the patience of a saint,not once did I feel that I was a nuisance after I changed my mind numerous times.The communication was great, my emails were replied to super quick.It has been an absolute pleasure from the visit to measure up to the numerous times I visited the showroom.I am looking forward to my kitchen being fitted soon.I am also looking for bedroom furniture which I understand will be available soon,so sorry Martin you haven't seen the back of me yet.

An excellent service was provided by Howdens of Chepstow. A special shout out to Martin Powell who was patient and helpful throughout the process. His expertise was invaluable. The design service provided by Howdens in Chepstow was superb. A special mention must go to the designer Martin Powell. His professionalism, help, guidance and patience throughout the whole process was excellent.
Unable to comment on the product itself as the new kitchen and utility have not yet been installed.

Kitchen not installed yet so this is my first review for Design Service , Martin at Chepstow is amazing very professional, exceptional design and suggestions and made the whole kitchen design down to the fine detail before ordering a pleasurable experience, nothing is too much trouble and am confident that my kitchen review will be just as good !

We are absolutely delighted with our new Howden kitchen. From the outset we met Martin Powell who visited our home and spent the time and effort necessary to design all elements to prepare for the purchase and installation. He was extremely helpful in discussing our needs and came up with some great suggestions. His design was exactly what we wanted and was able to keep well within our budget. When the drawings were available we were very happy to proceed. We then visited the Howden showroom and selected the items we required. Martin was very patient and guided us with his professional experience that was so helpful in selecting the kit. The delivery was very prompt as we were working on a timescale for when our kitchen fitter was available. Our fitter, Keith Sykes, deserves mention as he did a wonderful job of removing the old kitchen and provided a full service for the installation. Plumbers and Electricians appeared at the appropriate times to assist Keith as he project managed the works. Keith’s own skills are excellent and his attention to detail ensured we got the kitchen of our dreams. We can’t praise everyone involved highly enough and thoroughly recommend Howdens, Martin and Keith as the ideal combination.

Extremely helpful from start to finish great value for money and very good products

Martin designed our kitchen beautifully. He was very patient with constant changes we were making and was full of ideas and inspiration! We never felt pushed into anything and he was always there to talk through any questions we had. This was the deciding factor on where we bought our kitchen. We have total trust in him and know the kitchen will look fabulous when fitted. Can’t thank him enough for all his help and making the kitchen process a pleasant one!

Fantastic service. Friendly, approachable, nothing too much to ask for. The designer in the Chepstow branch, Martin Powell is certainly in the right job. Couldn’t have asked for more from him. He exceeded all expectations helping with the design and had great ideas. We are very appreciative. Products are all excellent and the finish is perfect.

Martin was very helpful throughout the process and designed a lovely kitchen. Can’t fault howdens and Martin and would highly recommend. Great service and fantastic product

Just spent the afternoon with Martin planning our new kitchen. He was incredibly friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. Extremely happy with the service so far. Have dealt with other members of staff and they have also been excellent.
Would recommend them.

We have asked repeatedly over the last few years via emails and going into Howdens Chepstow asking for the matter to be resolved.
Correspondence with Howdens account dept appear to fall on deaf years
