Still fobbing me off with lies fron several weeks ago continuously since way back from last year claiming to investigate complaints but never do if i do not get results by end of january i will be seeking legal advice

Appalling simple been submitting complaints since last year several weeks ago in november howdens forced my review to be removed against my wished in early november on november 14th i was assured my grievences would be addressed yet again nothing has been done. I would not recommend howdens to anyone. I am contemplating the small claims court now

Everything about the whole experience was top notch. Louise the assistant manager of Howdens Coatbridge was both polite, knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile to help both my wife and I purchase a new kitchen and flooring too! An altogether excellent service that other companies should strive to get to.

Dealt with Lawrence brilliant customer service as always, he cant do enough for you, he's a credit to your company.

The quality of the units and the ease of order was great, issue with drawings on the day re sizing and returns which impacted overall score, but when discussed with the branch manager was all rectified and sorted very quickly.

Great service and great products. Thank you to Margaret at Howdens Coatbridge for her help with the CAD design. She was always available and willing to help. Really impressed with the affordability and customer service throughout.

Great service from start to finish from Kaiya, Howdens Coatbridge. She was very knowledgeable and able to give helpful suggestions to ensure my kitchen was exactly how I wanted it. Nothing was too much bother and she responded quickly to any queries. Top class service.

I came in to look for a new kitchen and left with exactly what i wanted. The staff were all so helpful and made my experience plain sailing - Kaiya was amazing and always had a smile no matter how many times i changed my mind. Would recommend this branch to everyone!

Absolutely amazing service, and cannot fault. Renovating and wanted to upgrade kitchen to how we wanted it and Kaiya helped us design it to exactly how we had envisaged , she had amazing ideas on how we could best utilise the space, also amazing design ideas, and she honestly has helped to give us our kitchen of our dreams. Shopped in howdens in Coatbridge and a very lovely young lady kaiya took us through the whole process from start to finish , she was fantastic very friendly , very very knowledgeable and helped up with every decision , nothing was too much of a bother . Would shop with howdens again due to the service from kaiya …. Love our new kitchen

My kitchen designer Kaiya was exceptional she listened to all my ideas and brought them to life … I highly recommend her she took time with me to go over all my plans and ideas nothing was a bother her patience and attention to detail is exceptional

Had a great customer experience at this particular branch. Every single one of my questions were answered and I was also reassured on particular products. I dealt mainly with Kitchen Design and in particular Kaiya who was amazing. She got me to actually enjoy the process more than I anticipated. Highly recommend 👏👏👏👏

I would like to highlight a particular employee's performance, Lawrence Simonini. Lawrence was a pleasure to deal with from the go. From the warm welcome into the store and the way he carried himself in a very professional manner, he also had a great attitude towards carrying out his duties. He answered the many queries I had whilst visiting the store, a very knowledgeable employee who knew exactly what Howdens had to offer in relation to my needs. Will definitely return to Howdens stores in the future based on the experience I had with Lawrence.

Roland and team are great at Howden’s Coatbridge. They are always quick to get on designs. The design is great and always works when out on site. Nothing is ever a problem and they work together with you until kitchen is finnished top class.

can't recommend howdens Coatbridge enough ,paulina always goes above and beyond to get me designs and costs back at very short notice, always spot on first Time, also Kenny in the warehouse is great, stock is always spot on no faults
