Absolutely brilliant service, just got my brand new freestanding washing machine, everyone at this branch was super helpful in helping me choose this and an added bonus, it comes with a 3 year guarantee! Highly recommend this branch.

We bought some kitchen appliances for our new home from howdens. Have to say the full experience was very smooth, Lawrence helped us through each part of the process which made it so easy for us. His customer service and attention to detail was fantastic. Our appliances arrived on time and were exactly what we wanted.

Fantastic service always available for help when needed nothing too much hassle

I have used Howdens kitchens on a number of occasions and every time the staff are always friendly, take the time to talk and assist, especially Lawrence, who has gone above and beyond to make everything seamless and hassle free. Lawrence is also an excellent designer and tailors several designs for clients.

Me and my partner went to many floor company’s looking for the right flooring for our house coming to zero agreement our last stop was with Lawrence who was super helpful and helped us find the right color and flooring for our house. Great customer service and he even helped us load the packs into our car. Would definitely recommend.

Our joiner got in touch with Howdens Coatbridge on our behalf in the last week of August, and someone came out to measure up a few days later. All good so far!
We then didn't hear anything for another 2 1/2 weeks, despite phoning and leaving a message for the member of staff to get back to me 3 times. We eventually learned that the member of staff had been unexpectedly absent, which is completely understandable, but it would have been nice if someone else could have given us some sort of update. Never mind, at least things were moving now.
Received the first CAD plan on September 18th, and the room layout didn't match what we had asked for. I emailed to explain, but received no response. I phoned again and left another message. Eventually I dropped in to their office personally on 28th September and this time got some movement. It was agreed that two Howdens colleagues would come out to re-measure the next day, which they did.
On 5th October I received another inaccurate CAD plan. I missed a call from Howdens on the 7th, but sent a lengthy email that night to explain the changes that needed to be made to get the room layout accurate, so that we could then at least move on to picking fixtures and fittings. I also advised that we were going on a week's holiday and would be returning on the 18th. So, upon returning from holiday and finding no response in the interim, I emailed on the 21st to check if they actually were receiving my emails ok. Got a reply on 23rd to confirm that they were. And that was us for another week. I chased yet again on October 30th got an email apologising but that they had been so busy with the October sale. Imagine my joy at finding out that we had now missed the October sale bargains because they were busy with other customers who were more important than us!
And that was the last I heard. I write this on October 21st, nearly 3 months since the joiner commissioned them, and I never did receive an accurate CAD plan. 3 months on, and we still hadn't even reached the point of picking fixtures.
Well Howdens Coatbridge can forget it now, that's for sure. We have moved on with a competitor who have already set a date for actual work to commence.
So, buyer beware! Howdens Coatbridge will probably get round to you if your kitchen is a square box and if they're not too busy selling the sale bargains to other customers!

Well what can I say about Howdens in Coabridge and the lovely Kaiya . Service I received from Kaiya was brilliant, nothing was a problem. I popped into the store for some information and asked if they had any appointments for measuring up my kitchen. As I lived 5 minutes away from the store Kaiya fitted me in that afternoon which was great. She turned up on time for measuring up and helped me design my kitchen the way I wanted it. We discussed many things from taps to worktops and she gave me some great advice. Within a few days she had sent me a virtual tour of what my new kitchen could look like. It looked amazing, what a talented girl. Only thing I removed was the integrated microwave as I was on a budget so was trying to reduce my bill.
I purchased my kitchen yesterday and getting it fitted soon. Hopefully my new kitchen is as good as my last Howdens kitchen which is still going strong in my old home after 20 years!

When we purchased our kitchen we had excellent service from start to finish. The young lady we dealt with ( Kaiya ) was extremely friendly, patient and polite at all times. She was also knowledgeable about the products and guided us through the process. A credit to the company. The quality of the products was also excellent as was delivery and after sales service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Howdens.

Howdens Coatbridge were very pleasant lorna gave me all the help I needed fully planned the new layout all the materials were delivered on time kitchen fitted perfectly thanks to Howden and the tradesmen who done the work and lorna who was very pleasant throughout

From start to finish Lorna was great!
Herself and the joiner kept in touch and issue or problems were sorted. Any questions or queries answered, nothing was a bother and even walking into the shop everyone was so friendly and lovely.
