Fantastic as usual the service is great and the people reps everything to planning and buying could not wish for a better service thank you dean and pete

With advice and guidance by Howdens Dean, the selection and design of my new kitchen was a success. The finished installation is superb. The delivery was on time to work with my kitchen fitter’s schedule.
I would not hesitate to recommend Howdens to anyone looking for a kitchen installation. Even ask for an appointment with Dean.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Howdens at Fleetwood to all the staff and Peter for sorting out our doors we really appreciate you going above and beyond to sort this out for us. We will be looking at the kitchen brochure and as we were so impressed we will now be considering getting our kitchen from Howdens also.

Howdens are a very trustworthy and reliable company who I use week in week out , always on point with delivery and quality ,staff are very knowledgeable which makes my life much easier being a busy tradesmen , looking forward to my future using howdens 👌🏼

I have using the Fleetwood branch of howdens for around 7 years now and have bought many kitchens and appliances over that period, the staff have always been friendly and attentive,service and backup is great , nothing is to much trouble, Wright through from design to delivery, exalent 5 star ,I have never had a complaint, Phil, first property repairs Ltd

The service was excellent and the products are great quality. Very friendly staff, they couldn't do enough for us.

As usual at the fleetwood branch great service and customer experience.. nothing is to much for the staff in particluar Peter.. always keen to help and advise where ever is possible 👍

The design that we was given by Howdens in Fleetwood (and bought) was not practically possible! All the electrics had been completed to fit the design, all the plastering had been done to be told by our joiner on the day of fitting the design was not achievable - the response by Peter the assistant manager was totally unacceptable, he said he would look for options however the 2nd design he sent across to try and rectify the error was worse than the first and wasn’t workable either - you would have to manoeuvre around the cabinets through the door to get into the kitchen. He also said he would pay our joiner for any additional hours incurred to try and make the kitchen FIT then back tracked on this and denied saying it ( to avoid admitting liability I suspect) Lots of missing components no resolution but lots of extra costs incurred by us the customer…measured and designed incorrectly and they will take no responsibility! Let’s see if their head office care at least a little about their paying customers and what they are being sold…..Avoid at all costs ….go to Wren!!!!

An absolute fantastic company from design to finish they have transformed our outdated kitchen into a sparkly new gem thank you so much ..
also a massive thank you for your continued support and donations to not only our charity but to the chill lounge ladies group which also operate from mens shed building

Many thanks to Peter of the Fleetwood branch who sorted out a cracked lamoma hob I had.
His customer service and efficiency of the whole matter was excellent . Keeping me up to date with the matter and communicating regularly with me . I doubt without his help it would have been resolved . Thanks again Peter your a star !

I was asked by telephone to pop in to keep my account open and was treated like a stranger off the street when I did. Fy7.

I came into the store with my Mum today for her to purchase a fridge.We had previously been in to ask for advice and the customer service was as it had been today.I can truly say I do not think in my 53 years I have been given such excellent,friendly,efficient,pleasant and caring service. absolutely way over 100%.Jess and Pete who helped us were wonderful,they made our visit a pleasure. We felt very at ease as my Mum thinks it’s man’s territory🤣. They deserve every credit we give them

Staff were really friendly and helpful, delivery was quick and easy, products were spot on.

Great value for money and service. Items readily available and they even loaded them on my van.

Fleetwood Branch couldnt be more helpful. Jordan took it all in his stride when the kitchen plan changed a couple of times. He came forward with ideas, suggestions and helped in every way. Peter helped with architrave/baseboard and oak doors, ordering and arranging the materials that we needed asap. Delivery driver- sorry dont know his name- arrived when he scheduled to and was helpful, cheery and happy. We couldnt have asked for more. Thanks Guys.
