The product supplied is faulty and I've been waiting 10 weeks for an independent person to come out to inspect it. The staff have not been helpful at getting this sorted in a timely manner. I have faulty flooring which is not good enough.

Jazz at Howdens High Wycombe helped us to design and make the best of a kitchen extension. He was friendly and very professional. Provided great ideas for our space and was always contactable for any queries and amendments. This is my second Howdens kitchen and the quality and choice is excellent. Good value as well. I am very happy with the service from everyone at this Howdens branch.

we use jazz to design our kitchen and we were amazed on how easy and enjoyable we found the process .He was very accommodating and friendly to work with. we will be using high Wycombe hoydens again .

We used Jazz at Howdens to design our kitchen and utility room. Impressed with the service we were provided; the design exceeded our expectations and the process itself was easy and painless. Upon delivery we had a few issues, but Howdens resolved these quickly which didn’t impact external fitting companies already booked in. We also used the template and fitting service with Howdens and were very impressed with the final product and finish.

Poor after service hostile responses to any issues. Manager just not interested after order placed and money paid. The girls at office tried best to resolve issues but the guys just stroppy about everything. Spent more than £18000 one order for development. Once they got order poor communication, delivery schedule, missing parts, extra cabinets was chaotic. 5 kitchens ordered no idea if any complete. Charged for extra bits required when they were missing, wrong door sizes delivered and lining etc. Would avoid place order with this branch again May try another as product is good have been using last 15 years.!!!

The kitchen was delivered by Howdens, as I fitted the kitchen I found several damaged units and about 7 damaged doors. The staff at the depot were helpful and replaced them, but a lot of time was wasted going back and forth to the depot and not being able to get on with the job and this cost me inturn cost me money. Thin cardboard doesn't protect doors , corner protection should be used

Great customer service and good quality materials

Ive been trying to get a replacement shower head for my kitchen tap which is seizing up. I went into the store two weeks ago and was given a wrong website to contact. I then telephoned the next day and asked again, I was told they would get a price and call me back. Heard nothing, so telephoned again last friday and again was told they would get back to me and I am still waiting two weeks later with a kitchen tap which doesnt work properly! Appalling customer service

Such helpful staff. And the required supplies were ordered from another branch very quickly.

While being in the high Wycombe branch today the branch manager was having ago at another member of staff, its not a good look especially in front of other staff members and paying customers! This is not first time I've been in there and this has happened think this needs addressing properly.

Appalling customer service!
Handles that were sent with the units were the wrong ones, had to go back and change them.
Sent a damaged door.
Constantly chasing for the correct products.
They didn’t measure the kitchen properly. The extractor fan doesn’t even fit between my cabinets!
We got told that there were hinge attachments for the laundry, however they weren’t delivered with our products.
Constantly being blamed for not having our products and being told they were there. When they weren’t.
It’s been about 3 months and it’s a constant struggle.
One staff member was quite rude.

I would not recommend!
For spending nearly £12,000 on a kitchen, I would expect everything to be sent out properly and for there to be little to no faults. But there is something constantly wrong .

I’d like to be contacted by head office regarding this!

We had the most postive experience renewing our utility and open plan kitchen .
Hajjar was amazing from the minute she walked into our kitchen, such a great knowledge on how to plan a kitchen and utility room and listened to what we wanted.
The time and patience Hajjar gave us when we visited the showroom made it such a wonderful and special experience, using the large monitor to give us a stunning visual of our dream kitchen.
Thanks again Hajjar we are so very happy with the finished product.
