Exceptional customer service from Martin
I have made various purchases from Howdens Joinery London Road (High Wycombe) and I have never been met with as exceptional customer service as I have here. The team is a hardworking, diligent and are all caring individuals. In particular, Martin is an outstanding individual, absolute legend! The support, customer service and attention to detail he provides is unlike anywhere else. He is an absolute asset to the team and brings complete value to the company. Without Martins help, we wouldn't of been able to place our orders, he absolutely goes the extra mile and has always gone above and beyond. We will be long-standing customers of Howdens Joinery London Road (High Wycombe) and that is all a credit to Martin. A service with a smile goes a long way, but Martin in particular has been phenomenal. A huge thank you to Martin and his team at Howdens Joinery London Road (High Wycombe).

I visited the Wycombe store and all…
I visited the Wycombe store and all staff were brilliant. When I tried to purchase some items for my kitchen that had been damaged the high gloss range had been discontinued I understand things change,and my units were around eight years old but I should be able to buy replacements after spending over £10,000 for the original kitchen and appliances.

Alternatively, we can only suggest searching online, eBay sometimes has discontinued stock.

Howdens in High Wycombe is a great branch. The staff and manager are helpful and go the extra mile to give you what you need.

great advice and help with choosing and designing our new kitchen, we brought the kitchen during the sale and fitted it months later, we found some small issues when fitting and howdens staff sorted out the issues instantly and couldnt have helped anymore

Friendly, knowledgeable service, highly recommend.
It was easy to book a kitchen designer to visit. Ben was fantastic at offering ideas on how to utilise the space and very quick to send designs through. The staff at Howdens were very helpful when organising samples for me to take away to help with colour choices in situ. The new showroom makes it easier to envisage various design elements. I highly recommend Howdens and have happily placed my order with them. Delivery has been arranged at a time convenient to me and not when dictated as is the case do often with deliveries. Can't wait to see it installed now.

Go away from howdens . Never again. Lots of missing information, lots of damaging items and huge amounts of missing items, I’m very disappointed, most difficult and stressful experience in my life, baying house was much easier than dealing with howdens.

Excellent design and delivery service.
Monique, a kitchen designer at Howdens High Wycombe branch designed our kitchen and utility room with us. It was a joy to work with her from start to finish; as well as Monique visiting site to measure and discuss options we made several visits to the depot to change and finalise the design. We were quite fussy about our requirements but at all times she was very patient with us. Once the design was finalised and delivery made, she made us aware of a discontinued item we had ordered but she went above and beyond to quickly arrange for a suitable replacement. We believed there were a few minor parts missing but again this was dealt with quickly by Monique and the depot. However, when the installation was finished the builders found the missing parts - we did return them. The delivery and warehouse staff were very helpful every time we went down for additional units. We also ordered quartz worktops and splashbacks and again the product was excellent and a very competent and friendly fitting team from Howdens. I have no hesitation in recommending Howdens; its unlikely we will need another kitchen in the foreseeable future but I know where we would go. Well done Howdens.
