Chloe and Michelle based in the Llanishen branch have been brilliant from the start. Kitchen almost complete (worktop arriving shortly) and they have been very accomodating for any changes that have been required. Would definitely recommend.

The materials I needed where in stock, staff helpful & sorted out a few other problems whilst I was there!!!!!

We have recently had a new kitchen planned by Howdens. After much deliberation we decided on Howdens above all others for their competitive price, value for money, quality of product, accessibility but primarily due to their excellent customer service record. Our kitchen planner - Chloe from Llanishen Branch was amazing, she dealt with our many questions and queries with calm confidence and lead us through the design & fitting process with professionalism, always mindful of our brief. She was available to deal with queries from our building team and kitchen fitters. A huge thank you to Chloe, we are delighted with our Howdens kitchen.

Everything in stock, good efficient service as usual

Very helpful until the money is paid then mistakes, silence and total denial of responsibility. They haven't sent an itemised receipt for the items that were supplied and we are still waiting for them to contact to collect the surplus items for refund. Despite saying the they have "industry leading after sales care" nobody has bothered to pick up the phone to speak to me and every email reply says " we're trade only so don't deal with customers direct" even though their website doesn't say that and has a big section labelled "Consumer". Really disappointing experience, no accountability and no indication that anyone gives a t0ss

Morgan has been incredible from the beginning: from choosing a kitchen to looking at different workarounds to manage my budget to seeing through the delivery and fitting of the kitchen. Amanda Lyn of Howdens Llanishen Cardiff was wonderful, she designed us the most perfect kitchen, her attention to detail was incredible, we will be forever grateful of the wonderful space she created for us.

We bought a 1930s house which was unmodernised. At the time of the initial survey the kitchen and dining room were two adjoining rooms which we planned to knock through. Amanda came and talked through what we needed, took measurements etc. She made a plan showing the new layout with the wall removed, it was so helpful. She was also patient when we swapped the kitchen from the back to the front of the house. The showroom has really great layouts and samples of doors, handles and worktops etc. The cupboards are really solid, we went for the Chelford Dusk Blue doors, with oak effect inside which looks really classy with the Ethereal Glow worktop. We paid about twice as much (from a different supplier) on our kitchen in our old house and I prefer this. I would not change anything, and everyone who's seen it is really impressed.

2025 was another excellent year working alongside the Howdens Llanishen branch. The team consistently demonstrated a helpful and proactive approach, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure projects were successfully delivered for clients. The quality and standard of their products continue to rank among the best in the kitchen industry.

Found the Llanishen crew exceeded my expectations. From the initial contact with Michelle to arrange the planning of a new kitchen and bedroom. Chloe was exceptional, very patient, I changed my mind on numerous occasions and it didn't faze her. Delivery was planned in stages, due to limited space. There were a few hiccups here but, everything was sorted out effortlessly and professionally. Result is a beautifully finished kitchen and master bedroom expertly installed by Lee Rogers. Highly recommend

I've been using my local Llanishen branch for over 15 years. Lovely, friendly staff with good product knowledge. I often pop in for a coffee and a chat. Great kitchens, well worth a visit.

I have been working with llanishen store over the last 9 years, really friendly and helpful team. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
