Very helpful and friendly staff

Dealt with Robbie for my new kitchen. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Robbie was very informative throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough, would rate higher than 5 stars if I could!!!

This review rating is based on the people I dealt with and the service and follow up that they provided.

Shout out to Maisie who was very patient in answering my VERY basic questions!

I have recently had a new kitchen fitted with Howdens units and some appliances. I have found the whole experience a very pleasant one. Everyone in the team at Howdens has been very friendly and helpful and Sinead’s plan was spot on. The units are of excellent quality and I’m sure will last for many years to come.
Thankyou to everyone at Howdens for the excellent service. Keep up the good work and I’ll certainly recommend you to anyone I know that needs a new kitchen in the future.

Only went in with limited knowledge of my problem, Maisey was my above and beyond in shining armour, I was made to feel my issue was a top priority and got the complete works, her knowledge and assistance were above and beyond. We were guided in the right direction and left the warehouse happy, confident and looking forward to seeing the end results in the form of our new doors.

We visited the Expo in Howden and found it very useful to be able to view the different levels of kitchens on display. The staff there were very helpful and knowledgable and arranged for our local depot to get in touch to arrange a visit. Our plans and kitchen were supplied by Sleaford depot and everything ran smoothly, luckily we also had very professional builders.
From the moment it was fitted in March, we have had several issues with the mirror glass flecks coming out of our quartz worktop and this is where we have been let down by Howdens customer services as they kept emailing that the issues were due to impact damage by ourselves. Becca and her staff at Sleaford couldn’t even get them to send someone out to look at it. She persisted, even looking into stonemasons to come out and paid for by her depot.Eventually she reached out herself to the HWS Installation Manager who came out and agreed that it was a product fault not impact damage.Last week Howdens worktop services finally came out to rectify the issues and hopefully to prevent any more in future.
This has taken weeks of stress and emails but hopefully we can now enjoy our new kitchen.
We also think that Becca and her staff should be commended for their customer service where the actual customer services have failed!

As a local carpenter, I’ve used howdens sleaford for approximately 10-12years.
There has been various staff over the years, but the staff there currently are spot on!
Becca the manager is friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.
Kate is friendly, helpful and also nothings a problem.
Sinead and Robbie the designers, both good at what they do, can see problems before they occur and work with you to create the best design.
Maisie is a lovely lass, always happy and a friendly face on the counter, and always up for a laugh.
Lewis in the warehouse is helpful and always willing to help even when he’s snowed under from a delivery!

All in all, it’s a cracking branch, and they’ve all become friends as well as work colleagues, would highly recommend you use them!

The depot is an in stock company and they give me great trade discount, have a loyalty card with the depot which gives me great rewards for spending with them. Any previous issues have been resolved quickly due to their next day delivery service. All staff in the depot are friendly and have great product knowledge.

Sinead was extremely helpful with designing my kitchen and then modifying it. Really pleased with the outcome.

This was our first Howdens experience. From first entering the Sleaford’s store. Sinead was most helpful Nothing was too much trouble, sinead came too house designed two kitchens for us. Absolutely delighted with the result. Sinead recommended fitters, McIntyre builds from sleaford. Have done the fitting plus a lot more work in the property. We have had a first class service for Sinead and the whole Sleaford team. My daughter is looking foward too Sinead planning her new kitchen along with Brandon and team fitting it. I would highly recommend Sinead and the Sleaford Well done.

This is the first time I have undertaken the complete refurbishment of a kitchen and utility room so was at the outset a little apprehensive about the process. Sinead at the Sleaford branch couldn’t have been more helpful both in the design stages and later when all the units were delivered and the fitters arrived. Sinead recommended the fitters to me and what a great recommend - Steve and his team worked very hard and accurately to ensure that I had a beautifully installed kitchen and utility room. I would definitely use them again should I have any major work needing to be carried out.

The Howdens staff were fantastic from start to finish of my kitchen project. Very helpful and knowledgeable about there products. I will definitely use them again

Great service

Great experience from start to finish. Sinead came out to measure and was very helpful whilst choosing a final plan. Delivery and fitting went very smoothly….a couple of hitches along the way, but dealt with without quibble.
Delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend.
