Howdens - Sleaford Reviews 

I have recently started using the Sleaford Howdens store (I am not a tradesperson) and feel I must leave a review.
From the moment you walk in the store, you are warmly welcomed, and asked if you require any help.
Being a non tradesperson, I always need help, and the team in Sleaford always manage to decipher my "thingamy bob" into an actual part, that they all seam to know the part number for (it's spooky).
Many members of the team at Sleaford have gone out of their way to help me over the last few months, and I must mention Becca in particular.
The management of the store have got it right, and to me personally its like walking into a store in America (where they have the customer service right).

Danny was very helpful and assuring us what to buy when we did not know about certain details of the tap we were looking to purchase.
Also two weeks prior he went out of his way to help us make our mind up buyng the right worktop

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Decent range of products. We shopped around and Howdens were the best value on what we needed. Very happy with our purchases.

I have had a long association with Howdens and have kept returning because of the excellent level of service that has been provided by all of their staff at the Sleaford Branch. However recently they have surpassed themselves - Having worked in the construction industry for a number of years I now find myself teaching a construction joinery course at a local academy - Howdens support to the Academy and myself in providing us with a large quantity of damaged and end of line products has meant that the level of practical experience I have been able to give my students has been beyond anything I could realistically have hoped for - So to Robbie and all of the crew at Howdens Sleaford Branch - Thank you guys you have made a huge difference to a group of young carpenters.

I'm a consumer so don't have a trade account. Looking to replace current (22 year old) kitchen laminate worktops with quartz - including new sink & Quooker tap. Went into our local Sleaford Branch. Danny couldn't have been more helpful. Armed now with lots of advice and options just have to make decision of what we are going for.

The Howdens Sleaford branch had a Trade Day yesterday...a busy day for all of the staff. We called in to orders several interior doors and although they were clearly busy...nothing was too much trouble. Like calling in to visit friends, for a bacon, egg and sausage sandwich and a cup of coffee.
We don't know the names of all of the staff, but Danny as always, was so friendly and helpful. The lads in the warehouse were also happy to pull out heavy doors off the racks for perusal, offer critical opinion and even help with the loading. Earlier we had spoken to a young girl in the office, who went to the trouble to speak to another visiting customer, about his experience fitting a particular size of door.
All of the team at this branch are an absolute credit to Howdens.

Rebecca as helpful as usual for her , very knowledgeable, and always service with a smile, she makes you feel a valued customer.

Excellent team, I was assigned a team member Robbie Batch who was so helpful, professional, and couldn't do enough for us, he helped design our kitchen and make it the heart of our home. We had several home visits & phone calls, nothing was to much trouble.
Our kitchen is perfect in every way. So pleased Thankyou Howdens & Robbie

From the beginning till the end exceptional customer service. They were very patient with us. This was our first kitchen project, we've used their design service first and they've made the plan exactly how we wanted. All the changes we wanted were implemented promptly. All the products are very good quality. We'll be back to work with them in the future.

Nothing is to much trouble they are a great team Dan on the counter is a spot on chap always helpfull and friendly and pleased to do anything to help

We cannot rate the sleaford branch (especially Andy) highly enough! Andy designed the entire layout of our kitchen project, for us to view in branch, which was completely amazing; he spent no end of time with us, so to make sure we were completely happy with our design; this particular project was a 'first' for Andy, using the new 'Elmbridge' range, especially the island, which consisted of a solid oak worktop, with an inlay of quartz; it's stunning! . The end result is just incredible and even better than what we all envisaged; we can't thank Andy enough for his time and focus on our project from start to finish; we highly recommend not just the service, but the high quality product too.
