I live in a first floor flat , Mark and Neil were outstanding when delivering my Kitchen. The guys were fantastic, extremely helpful and very polite. Cannot praise these guys enough, Thank you so much for all your time and patience with me.

Aimee at Strood Howdens was absolutely amazing! I came in with a dream design for my kitchen and Aimee made my dream a reality.
I bought the units, worktop and most appliances from Howdens. From start to finish the customer service was on point and professional. I had planned a kitchen with Aimee however I had to put everything on hold for a few months. When I wanted to go ahead I thought delivery would be an issue as I wanted a quick turn around but everything was in stock!

We met Dan the Designer at Howdens Strood, Kent Depot last December to go through a Bathroom Design. I had no previous dealings with Howdens as I would normally go to a well known DIY store. Dan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our Dream Bathroom was completed in March this year with white gloss units finished with a Beautiful Black Quartz mirror chip worktop. The next project was our Kitchen. We approached Dan and got him to design our Kitchen. We decided to go with the same units and worktops as our main Bathroom. The quartz worktop fitters were friendly and polite too, cleaning up after themselves (makes my life easier). My kitchen has finally been completed and I Love It! I would highly recommend Dan. We've been doing home renovations since April 2021, I've been working from home and dealing with Various trades and Dan has been the best out of them all. Dan is an asset to Howdens. He's knowledgeable, reassuring and even saving the day when things have gone wrong. All the Strood staff are polite and friendly. Thank you Howdens Strood. A Great Experience from start to finish from Howdens. Good quality and competitive prices. 100% highly recommended to all.

Elliot is the most informative and understanding advisor we have ever had. We love our kitchen and he really took the time to help us make it our own. We’ve come to Howdens a few times previously but everytime we ask for Elliot because we know he truly listens and provides the personal service we want. Thank you Elliot we wouldn’t go anywhere else because of you!

Mark and Carrie always greet with a smile. More than happy to help and if the product isnt in will always source it from another store. Fantastic customer service.

We are so so happy with our Howdens kitchen and utility room. It was a great personal service from the start with Paul from Strood. Paul listened to our requirements and was able to create a visualisation that exceeded our expectations. Something that other kitchen companies were unable to achieve. Paul made several visits to our property pre and post build to ensure that measurements were spot on and to accommodate any additions we had thought of. The finished result is stunning and this was only achieved through Paul’s patience and impeccable customer service. Thank you! The quality of the kitchen is of a high standard, our builders said it was a dream to fit, we are very, very happy!

I was dealt with Elliot at the Strood branch and he went above and beyond to help me sort out a tricky situation. Even better when I found out my product was still under warranty when he could have charged for the repair.

I need to share this for the Chaps at Howdens Strood ! Mark and his team did the best job sorting out new fridge/freezer for our lovely neighbour ! After much too-ing and fro-ing they came up trumps as usual - many thanks Midgley Construction

I am writing this on behalf of my mother who at the age of 80 has had a bit fun backwards and forwards with the staff at Howdens over a new fridge freezer suitable to fit her 21 year old Howden kitchen.
They have been very understanding and provided excellent service throughout and I'm pleased to say that after 5 different units, we have had some success installing a new integrated fridge freezer.

We would like to thanks all the staff involved, in particular Mark, Robert & the delivery man who must know how to get here by auto pilot.

Always a great service from howdens! I fit many kitchens and howdens always go above and beyond. The units are good quality and customer service is great especially from paul.

I’ve used Howdens for years and watched them go from Strength to strength during this time. All the members of Staff at Strood are all like family to me now and if I have any questions or queries they are always prompt at getting back to me ASAP. They are also very friendly and professional from the front desk right back through to the warehouse staff. Would like to just say that I enjoy going to the branch even just for a chat or fancy a coffee. Thanks guys and girls. 10/10.
