I would like to formally recognise Towf and Olivia for the outstanding level of customer service they provided throughout my recent interaction with Howdens. From the very beginning, they demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to supporting the completion of a time‑sensitive kitchen update.

They handled the opening of a new trade account seamlessly, ensuring all details were correct and the process was completed without delay. What stood out even more was their determination in sourcing now‑discontinued plinths that were essential for my workers to finish the job. As I understand it, these items had to be located across three separate branches, yet they coordinated everything so effectively that the plinths were delivered within one working day.

This level of effort goes far beyond standard customer service. Their proactive communication, problem‑solving, and willingness to take ownership of the issue ensured the kitchen works could continue without interruption.

Towf and Olivia are a credit to Howdens, and their exceptional service deserves recognition.

SUTTON STORE: I’m so happy with my new HOWDENS kitchen. I used my own fitter, so I can’t comment on their fitting skills but I can confirm that Penny does a great job of planning and designing. She patiently tweaks and adjusts the design each time the customer (me) changes her mind 😂

Ordered a kitchen over the phone, was so easy and Alan was brilliant and very knowledgeable and made my experience simple. Great staff and great prices

We had to wait along time for our builder to carry out our work but in the mean time he made the appointment for us with Penny at Howdens. Right from the start we found Penny to be bubbly, friendly and very enthusiastic about planing our Kitchen. From that day on we had no more concerns about the kitchen. Penny worked with us until everything fell into place. We came away with coloured prints of our planned kitchen. Penny told us to use the prints to help us visualises the kitchen, we did refer to them many times. Over the next couple of months we met with Penny several times. Her expertise and enthusiastic manner was always present. Once the kitchen had started Penny made another visit to my home to finalise the plans with my builder. Nothing was ever to much trouble for her.

The finished kitchen is outstanding. Its sleek modern and elegant. We have been so happy with everything from start to finish.

We recently had our new kitchen designed by Penny at Howdens in Sutton, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Penny was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to listen to everything we wanted and translated it into a fabulous design.

What we appreciated most were her brilliant suggestions regarding appliance placement and a few clever design features we would never have thought of ourselves. She was incredibly honest and professional throughout, never trying to push us into the most expensive options, but rather focusing on what would work best for us.

Easy process to choose and install a good quality kitchen. Penny, the person we liaised with, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and did a good planning job for us.
