Hannah at Howdens in Thurmaston was just fantastic. She came to my home and got to see and get a feel for my real life kitchen. I explained what vision I had and she told me of the possibilities available. I really wanted a white sink but couldn’t have a pot one due to being beekeepers and having to clean metal equipment which may damage it. When she said I could have a white composite sink I was thrilled. She came up with a design and added some extra ideas which meant she totally got me from our 1st meeting. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel very welcome each time I visited the branch. My kitchen fitter was excellent and I now have the kitchen I always dreamed of. In fact I still can’t believe it’s mine 🤭

Good Customer service, had everything I wanted and no fuss,

From the outset, Howden’s attention to detail and willingness to assist was second to none. Our interaction consisted of three home visits by a very able kitchen designer (Joe Smith), followed by a very quick delivery on exactly the date we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and the end result is a fabulous new kitchen that upon reflection, we would not change anything we’ve done. The whole team at Thurmaston Howdens are friendly and very helpful indeed. They all make it a place that is a pleasure to visit and the kitchens they supply are top quality, not just my opinion as a non professional but also the same opinion of my kitchen fitters.

Fantastic customer service from Joe Smith. Joe was there from start to finish and always happy to accommodate any changes and questions we had. His patience is remarkable and the quality of the units are excellent. All in all very happy customers and would highly recommend Howdens.

Howdens Thurmaston - had a 5 star experience from beginning to end. Louie helped us with the design of our galley kitchen and did not try to sell us items we did not need! The quality of the units and worktops are excellent. Our fitter returned items he did not use and we were refunded immediately. Cannot fault the service and quality at all.

Ordered Internal door, external doors and kitchen products. Customer service was excellent, and delivery to branch was swift; considering a bank period also.

The people over Howdens thurmaston Leicester are simply at the top of their game from Jason the manager who never stops making shore things are well oiled and run smoothly .and Ollie and all the gentleman on at the front desk and knows virtually every single one of the codes for every product And knows the different components from kitchen units to doors to stairs. on the very seldom times their may a problem it is sorted Even though it is not their fault it is fixed with no drama and always with a bit of very sharp wit .Jason has assembled an excellent team through the many years that I’ve been pleased trade with them so why would I go anywhere else!! Answer on a self addressed envelope,full respect.
