Another top notch experience. James and the team arrange the full design with my clients and they were over the moon. Everything was delivered as stated without any problems. Even when we had a damaged product in an undamaged box James and the team had a replacement delivered within a couple of hours.

From my first meeting with the brilliant designer Tanya,I knew Howdens Watford was the right choice for my new kitchen. Tanya had inspired and thoughtful recommendations (and great patience!) for squeezing as much storage and as many amenities as possible into the small and complicated space. The result is a wonderful kitchen that is a joy to work in. The wider staff at howdens too, have been incredibly friendly and helpful. I have a wonderful quality kitchen at a fair price. Thrilled!

Nothing was too much trouble for her. I love my new kitchen!
Now I’ve found out they have just started doing bedrooms as well, I will definitely be going back to them in the near future.

I love my Howden’s kitchen. I’ve installed eight or nine of them as they are great. Unfortunately several months ago a soft close drawer stopped push releasing. The North Watford store advised the unit needed replacing which was a few hundred. I knew this wasn’t the answer. Three minutes with Gemma from the Watford store on Tolpits lane and I’ve come home and been able to rectify the problem. Gemma and the team on Tolpits lane are phenomenal and it’s not about selling things you don’t need. It’s about excellent customer service which makes you come back. It’s easy to see in each and every interaction I’ve witnessed when I’m been in that branch. Customers love them and there is genuine desire to help and go the extra mile. That’s why I’m writing this post. To recognise Gemma and the team in Tolpits Lane Howdens. Top level service which keeps you coming back. Thank you!

Natalie designed our kitchen to a high standard and we are blown away from the finishing outcome. We are delighted with our Howdens kitchen. It looks amazing and such good quality. The kitchen design service at the Watford branch was superb and despite requesting a number of changes to the finish through the process nothing was a problem for our kitchen designer Tanya who was always on hand to answer our questions. She wasn't pushy at all which we had experienced with other kitchen retailers we'd approached when we started looking at kitchens. We would highly recommend using Howdens to anyone.

Carl at the Watford branch , friendly , happy , knowledgeable. He was the loveliest man I’ve dealt with buying something. Top man !!!!
