Jim was amazing when we had our kitchen extended and redesigned. Extremely knowledgable, provided ideas, suggestions and solutions if there were any issues during the build.

Great staff at Worcester, very obliging.

Jim the designer was great. He is supported by good products, design tools and good contacts for fitters. He made the experience easy and the outcome successful. (Including our multiple visits and changes). In fact he rescued us from a bad situation to a great kitchen. The recommended fitters were no more expensive than elsewhere but are top notch.

We had visited several well known designers and suppliers prior to Howdens.

My recommendation is that even if you find can save a few quid on units elsewhere, don't!

Just had our Howdens kitchen fitted, it's stunning! Many thanks to Jim, Howdens kitchen designer for all is help, guidance and innovation. Jim listen patiently to our ideas and was able to come up with an excellent design. We had several planning meetings, on site & in Howdens, Jim produced various images which enabled us to visualize the finish look, so we felt very confident about our final design. Not only are the products of high quality they are also very flexible, due to the custom fit our carpenters had on going contact with Howdens. The company always quickly responded to any of the changes we had to make thus enabling the fitters to do a excellent job.
I would thoroughly recommend Howdens, we have a beautiful kitchen to prove what an excellent company they are, special thanks to Jim for accommodating our very complicated design.

Ryan dealt with our kitchen design and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and gave excellent advice and guidance. His planning and ideas were great, he listened to our needs and made sure we could create our dream kitchen. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, Ryan made the whole experience a pleasure.

Just opened an account at Howdens and fitted a kitchen. Was really impressed with the service. Especially Ryan who helped me design the kitchen and Charlie in the Branch. The quality of the kitchen is great, and it was a dream to install, everything made so easy for the fitter

Jim has been in constant contact with us throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble and as result of his hard work and professionalism we now have our dream kitchen. I have been buying kitchens from Howdens Worcester for 6 years, we fit them on the narrowboats we build, which works really well for us and our customers. The team at Worcester are really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, I deal with Ryan in particular who always responds quickly to any requests for quotes and goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend the Worcester branch - a great bunch of people to deal with.

I've just had a Howden's Chilcomb kitchen installed and it looks fab! Very good quality but what made a big difference was having Ryan from Howden's plan the design and he was great throughout the whole project process - he was always really helpful and responsive - really helped to reduce my stress levels! After having being let down by my original fitter, Ryan helpfully recommended some trusted kitchen fitters. Richard Houghton fitted the kitchen superbly and managed the other trades who were also really good. I just can't believe how un-stressful the whole experience was - a big thank you to Ryan and Richard! Liz

Jim and the team at Howdens Worcester designed me a great kitchen, giving good advice to ensure it met my needs. He recommended Richard the kitchen fitter who did a sterling job. They were professional and reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

Friendly staff, competitive pricing. Nearly always have stock of what I need

The drawings were prepared very promptly by Jim and we made a number of changes and these were made without any problems.
All of the kitchen arrived on the day booked in at the agreed time. The driver was very helpful and courteous.
There were a couple of items that were wrong but these were replaced very quickly without holding up the work on site.
It would be useful if you made over size end panels to allow for scribing to walls that are not straight and true.
