The great work and very helpful advise in ordering part and showing me fixings and also showing and explaining the different sizes and styles units

It was our first time designing and purchasing a new kitchen and we couldn't recommend Ryan enough! He has listened to what we have wanted throughout, offered helpful suggestions and supported us from start to finish. The kitchen itself is great quality and exactly what we were looking for. We've already recommended Ryan and Howdens to our friends and family and if we ever need another kitchen, we'll definitely be back!

Great to deal with a man who knows what he is doing and sensitive to our requirements. Very pleasant, efficient and friendly.
Range of products was the best we found and reasonably priced.

I WENT IN TO ORDER A 600 X 600 DOOR FOR A NEW KITCHEN I PURCHASED 12 MONTHS AGO, ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY NO LONG HAVE THEM AND CAN NOT GET ONE THE COLOUR HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED, TOLD COULD GET ONE SPRAYED BUT IT MAY NOT MATCH ETC.
THE CONCERN IS AT THE POINT OF SALE I WAS TOLD IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE DOORS, CURVED END PANALS, ETC, ETC THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO REPLACE THEM.
I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD AT THE POINT OF SALE I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THIS KITCHEN, I AM VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS SITUATION, I AM AWAITING A RESPOSNE FROM HOWDENS .

At my local Howdens branch they are all very friendly helpful & efficient! Great experience I would recommend them.

Our new Howdens kitchen is now installed and we couldn't be happier. Ryan designed a great kitchen with us over a few sessions and was very patient whilst we worked out what we wanted. He offered great advice on the new layout as we were knocking internal walls down. They liaised well with our builders and answered all questions they had.
When it came to having the worktops installed by Howdens, they quickly rectified the initial installation issues.

Dealt with Charlie to sort kitchen out as surveyor wasn't needed. He was very helpful and made sure we got everything in time and sorted out a door we damaged in no time. Will use again. Very pleased. Well done Howdens.

Not vary happy with the guy on the counter he was rude about my customer and also charge me for two end panels my customer did not proceed with exchanging in the end, he did check stock and there was only 1 light so which meant my customer did not have the two in question.
so if and when I send a customer to purchase a new expensive kitchen I will say don't deal with him. I've purchased kitchens since 2009 .

Staff are fabulous and attend to your needs very promptly.

Buying a decent kitchen is a big decision to make, so you need it to turn out right. We had agonised over it for a long time but were introduced to the brilliant team at Howdens Worcester, who made it very simple. Jim Walton, the designer, visited our house and produced a stunning computer aided drawing of what the kitchen could look like. We visited their site and Jim patiently suggested a range of amazing options and within an hour we had it all sorted. The end result is as stunning as the computer mock-up. So five stars to Jim and the team at Worcester, and RH Carpentry who fitted the kitchen, many, many thanks.

I always use howdens for my kitchens and carpentry supplies. I get a great service from the staff and nothing is too much trouble. I use them every week and have never had any issues. If there is a problem they sort it quickly and are flexible and accommodating to my customers.

I have just had a kitchen designed and bought from Howdens in Worcester. I would very highly recommend Jim who designed my kitchen. I now have the perfect kitchen thanks to his experience and design, as well as being a really easy person to work with and thinking of things I would never have.
the rest of the team was just as helpful. Thanks for a stress free kicthen. 10/10
