Great design, smooth delivery, lovely kitchen
Renovating a kitchen is always an upheaval but Annabelle at Howdens Bexhill made the process as easy and seamless as possible at every step. On her initial visit to our kitchen she listened to our requirements, took accurate measurements and went away and produced a design that met our brief (to hide our ugly boiler and maximise worktop space) exactly. She was just as helpful on our follow-up visit to the showroom to make a final choice of door style, worktops etc, showing attention to every detail including lighting, handles and hinges. Delivery was made punctually at the time we requested and every part of the order was correct so that our fitter had everything he needed to produce a beautiful kitchen. We are delighted with the result and would thoroughly recommend Howdens, Bexhill on Sea.

Going that extra mile
I’ve been to many Howdens depot’s, even worked at one… but I have to say the service and attention I had at Howdens Queensferry has been 2nd to none! It’s a friendly atmosphere and the store manager, Rebecca, was so helpful. I would highly recommend this depot to all!

Quality units and responsive service - no quibble
I wavered between 4 and 5 but went for 5 as our experience overall was of quality service and units. It was easy to meet and review / tweak our kitchen design. It worked well for us as we had a trusted installer, so the limitation around only selling to trade worked fine - and I can see how that works for Howdens. The units are themselves of good quality and easy for trade to install - perhaps a review of the engineers drawings and instructions would help, but overall worked well. I am very happy with the kitchen - we had chilcombe units and a compact laminate worktop - made sure you use someone who knows how to cut and install that. With any changes / swaps / exchanges - that was really easy - they always answer the phone straight away, and next day deliveries. the local nature of each depot is excellent for this type of service.

Liam and Connor have been incredible from start to finish. They fitted our quartz countertops and upstands with exceptional skill, care, and attention to detail. Every cut, join, and finish is flawless. The quartz has transformed our Howdens kitchen and truly feels like the cherry on top.

Elly in the Maidstone branch has been incredible from beginning to end. I sat in comfort while she expertly tapped away at the computer and our fabulous bespoke utility room design was formed on the screen in front of me complete with our chosen handles, paint choice and worktops. Couldn’t have been easier. The units were delivered as promised and once fitted we could really appreciated the quality. Looks fabulous! Will add photos soon

Absolutely amazing service from Howdens Berwyn Branch!
We are absolutely made up with our kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Howdens Berwyn branch from start to finish. They came out to our house to measure up with no pressure and no obligation, which immediately made us feel comfortable.
We then went into the showroom and discussed exactly what we wanted and needed. They planned out the whole design for us and made any changes we asked for with no fuss at all. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Every member of staff was incredibly helpful, whether face-to-face or over the phone. The whole team are amazing, friendly, professional, and really go above and beyond for their customers.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I would 100% recommend Howdens Berwyn branch to anyone. Thank you for helping create our beautiful kitchen!

Superb customer service from start to finish.
Colin, the designer at the Wellingborough branch, really listened to what I wanted and respected my ideas throughout the process. Unlike some other kitchen companies, there was no pressure or pushy sales tactics.
The result is my dream kitchen, finished to a great standard and exactly how I imagined it.
