My made in Great Britain rise and fall…

My made in Great Britain rise and fall light arrived in so many boxes polystyrene beads etc there was no way that it would break in transit. It has been fitted by an electrician today and is beautiful. I was notified at every stage from date of order to the delivery date. Fab service and a light fitting at a good price.

Thank you for the feedback. Good to hear that you found our process efficient. Delivery is free on orders over £100. We charge £7.50 on orders under £100. We have made this as affordable as possible and £7.50 is below what we have to pay the couriers.

Superb customer service

Superb customer service. Lamp arrived broken (not their fault, as sent from storage depot) but replaced without quibble within 24 hours. Efficient, polite - can't ask for more.
