The porcelain lamp shade was broken when it arrived (it had broken away from its tight packing). I immediately reported this and arrangements were made to replace it without quibble. The replacement has now been received. Overall, despite the hitch, a prompt and satisfying service.

It's really quite simple: I saw the lamp I was looking for, I ordered it at some considerable saving on the manufacturer's price, it arrived in perfect condition 2 days later at the pre-arranged time. It works. Thank you.

Did not think the Hatton 3 light fitting was my thing! However inspired design handmade process in Britain and the craftsmanship behind it helped me to appreciate the form and function behind it.
