Service overall would have been 5 star but I ordered an incorrect item based on the website displaying the wrong information. A quick replacement and refund was given for my original order but I still had to pay return postage when Hoxton were at fault.

Dear Donna, Thank you for your feedback. As explained to you previously the fitting for which you purchased a part comes in two sizes. The part you originally ordered was the wrong size. It's an easy mistake to make however our products are correctly described on the website. When its our fault we always pay for the return carriage. We helped you to resolve the situation quickly and i hope your light fitting is looking great.

Very helpful team especially in email replies. However, I asked for fittings to be delivered by Friday am and specifically went for somethig in stock. Unfortunately they arrived at 5pm, after the electricians had left.

Expensive and poorly designed. Glass bowl awkward to fit with the fear of dropping the whole assembly.
